Actually 2GB and under is what we don't support, 3GB should be a good enough amount to handle the game and the mod just as long as they don't use any other mods, anywho, @prokiller351, Yeah as stated above, that is not enough RAM to run the game and the modification, 2gb I have seen people getting it work, but 1.5 is just too little amount of ram, its barley enough to run the game, let alone the mod.

I'm not a fan of Bush at all, but how exactly did he come close to letting 911 happen? He's a president, he can't button down everything, they have bigger issues to worry about (What I mean by this is internal national security) It was the jobs of TSA/Other facilities that were put in place to make sure stuff like this didn't happen, and they out smarted us, before 911, everything was fine and dandy, nobody, even people with intelligence on the Taliban, could have predicted that America would come under attack, especially the President, but now, because of this, everything that has ever come close to becoming under attack is so closey watched we don't have the man power to watch everything else, witch is a big issue. At this point, I'm sure if you walked into a room full of terriorsists and suggested "Hey, lets hijack a plane!" They would all laugh at you because, 911 happened, everything is so buttoned down in the airports its not even funny, hell, GTA IV makes fun of how scared we are of terrorists now. Oh, and also, @your statement about how we can't let it out in the open, it already has, as I stated in my original post, every year, at least 50 stolen/deals of stolen Enriched uranium is found being sold on the black market, and that's not even covering what we don't know.

Al queda, or any other semi small terriost organization (I say small because they don't have easy funding, when I say easy, I mean income, not some crazy Russian, as well as low numbers as actual members, but alot of followers like Al queda) could never afford/actually acquire a full on nuke, why? 1. Cost, a few blown nuke would be so far out of their price range, plus the actual chance of finding one (After almost all the countrys/russia and america agreed to destroy their caches) would be extremely hard. 2. Smuggling, its not easy to smuggle one, and people talk, no matter how much you pay, when people talk/money is thrown around, some one is bound to find out, and when that happens, action is taken. 3. Setting it off, Truthfully, if any terrorist organization ACTUALLY acquired a real nuke, the fact to actually smuggle it into a place like NY would be practically impossible, all the things placed to make that from happening, plus how paranoid we are. The only real way a terriost could actually get any nuclear weapon is by creating a "Dirty bomb" Out of in riched uranium. (Which there is a TON, plus around 50 of these deals are killed each year, other than that, other deals are unknown at this time)

I feel Nuke weapons/nuclear ware fare is way over hyped, it would take ALOT to get a country, even one as crazy as Iran, to actually launch one, everyone is too scared to actually do it, I cannot remember this quote, but I remember seeing a quote on Cod4 about nukes, went something like this: Nuclear weapons are never meant to go off, there mean to sit safely, inside their silos, to simply scare everyone else.

You've pretty much gotten your answer (as stated above by Marine831), plus if you used the search bar you would see there are around 5 threads already on this matter and it has already been answered bfore, it is a known bug, there is nothing we can do about it, other than restart LCDPFR.

You can also use SNT to unlock all the islands from what I remember.

1. We don't know, RC3 Focuses on bug fixing, and small new features, but the rest is up to the Devs. 2. Press ALT + F11 to force a new call out if you start loosing call out function. 3. About getting bored of the same call outs, creating call outs are hard, and they will always get boring after a while, besides, I see call outs as just as a minor distraction from everything else, LCPDFR to me feels more open world, you have the choice to do what you want, not just respond to call outs all the time...

Bare minimum of GTA IV for RAM: 1.5 Your RAM: 2GB. If the BARE MINIMUM (Which means, the most you can add to the system just to get the game running, however, that doesn't mean it wont lag) when you add things like modifications to the game, such as LCPDFR, their special functions will use up most of your ram, thus, causing lag, upgrade your ram, or you can eliminate back ground tasks, other than that, as stated, LCPDFR does not support games running on systems with 2GB of Ram or less., so there really is no issue here, its your system, so other than that, you can upgrade your RAM, but since your RAM count is so low, there really is no way we can help you eliminate lag....

Either way, you already have a thread on this issue plus this thread is in the wrong section, please avoid from creating multiple duplicate thread in the future, its un needed and it wont get you any replies, any faster, closing this thread, use the other one. Back in the day, when I only has Mac OSX as my OS, I was looking for PC games to get into, that I could to Lets Plays of, I actually did a Lets Play of Demolition Company that everyone said was funny as hell, but it had alot of graphical issues, so I deleted them, I saw that this game was by the same company, I thought I could make a fun LP out of it, oh boy was I wrong, nobody wants to listen to a guy doing a commentary while he drives for 1 hour straight on the same plain, I did install some cool moods, but blah....

PC: PAYDAY: The Heist: A really great game, I loved it from the very beginning when it came out and even spoke to the Developers of the game a while back, however, they stated that the game would last for a very good while, it didn't got boring after about the 4th heist, I only recommend to players who have friends that are willing to play it with the as team work, other than that, it gets a bit old after a while, even with the ranking system. Borderlands: Only fun with friends, and not that many people play it anymore, waste of money for me. CoD4: MW: Already had it on xbox/ps3 for the longest time, great game, didn't need it on my PC though.... CoD MW2: I just couldn't stand this game, sure its fun, but blah, online sucked, the only thing that was decent was the campaign and the Spec Ops (When it worked) with good friends as team work. F.E.A.R 3: Wasn't enough there to drag me into the story line/to play the game, multiplayer was also confusing, played 19 min and never looked back. Farming Simulator 2011: Boring, nuff said. Operation Flash point: Red River: 18 Mins played, sooooo boring, I really, just couldn't get into it. Serious Sam collection: Great fun if you want to mess with the old day type fast paced FPS gaming, but it just doesn't hold up if your not a old fan of the series. Sniper: Ghost Warrior: Sounded great, boring game play though, multiplayer wasn't any better, good graphics though. I'll have to add my PS3 and Xbox List in a bit.

Steam has a pool of validated game keys, when you purchase a copy, one of those keys get taken up, if you attempt to register a key, that is from something like a keygen, it will match none of the keys and it will simply, not work, ,key gens are meant for primarly throwing a random set of possible keys/letters that will trick a cracked copy of software into turning its self into a legal version, not for tricking steam. 2. Torrented/cracked versions do not work with LCPDFR, and are unsupported. 3. This means, it is not guaranteed to work, if it doesn't we cannot help you and the thread will be closed if your having issues. 4. Just buy the game dude. It's not that we don't like torrenters or something, they just cause nothing but hassle, and are always an issue, thus, we simply only support legal copys of the game. Well this kinda telling the guy/supporting him torrenting the copy, which isn't really a good idea. SIDE NOTE: Topic belongs in Discussion, moving thread.

To be honest, Ignore the whole call out/dispatch thing and simply use the tools/work basket, however, I haven't used it in a while, I might start using it again though, kinda fun when you do DUI Detail and you can use the Breathalyzer :D
