  1. I swear to god, www.lcpdfr.com is becoming the new 4chan, every time I enter Random, I regret it .
  2. This looks awesome, nice work bud.
  3. This has been asked, and answered numerous times, the latest Version to LCPDFR .95 will be released when it is fully completed and the Dev team feel that a release is appropriate, till then, no one knows, since this has been answered numerous times, I see no reason in this thread, hence, you also got your answer, closing topic. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  4. I'll go ahead and merge your posts for you now.
  5. As long as full credit is given, and full permission to redistribute is allowed, I don't see any issue, however, EVI left the moding scene a while back, to fulfill his career in Law Enforcement, I highly doubt he even has the time to visit the site let alone go through PM's and other means, plus from what I know, all his old stuff he wants to keep off the download market, hence, so much of his stuff kept getting stolen, so all the official stuff that is up for download on this site is pretty much what we're left with, but who knows, he might just say do it, but from what I've heard from him, I find it will be unlikely. Side Note: If Yakadafi States a clear No, do not distribute, or does not respond at all to anyone's request, I ask that you keep all public links of non authorized public downloads off this site or you may face consequences, EVI gave us some great mods, let's respect that and not spread his work without his permission, thanks.
  6. This is the proper link for .95 RC2:
  7. Sounds unlikely, if he's able to remain logged in and then see the error and not booted out of his account, I highly doubt anyone is accessing his account other than him, this sounds more along the lines of a youtube error/a error on his part in uploading. Here is a forum for support created and supported by Google them selves, I once had to recover an account I lost credentials from through there recovery service, when the "investigation" stalled, I contacted them on those forums and a volunteer got the investigation started up again, thus, getting my account back :D, http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/youtube, it's a pretty useful place.
  8. Wrong section, topic belongs in Gameplay/Misc Mods (Since you need ELS), moving thread.
  9. So I'm assuming your issue has been resolved?
  10. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  11. Your ram is far too low to run the game, get 2GB (It will be very laggy) or at least 4GB to run the game properly. Wrong, the game actually requires up to 2gb, but even then the game will most likely not run at all/good, it will be extremely laggy due to the low specs, it's recommended to get at least 4Gb to run the game, as well as LCPDFR does not support copy's with 2gb or RAM or less.
  12. Wrong section, thread belongs in LCPDFR Support, not GTA IV support, if you are still having game issue, create another thread in the LCPDFR Support section, be sure to read the stickies and follow the trouble shooter, closing thread. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  13. $10 to whoever has the balls to spray paint/put a sticker of a matching L on one of their cruisers and take a picture .
  14. You are hilting the wrong keys, be sure you are hitting ALT + P in order to launch LCPDFR in it's normal fashion, otherwise if you still are getting the Duty Forced feature, there might be a separate issue.
  15. Not necessarily, the only time we lock threads for being in the wrong section is when they are LCPDFR Support related, we don't allow support threads to be posted anywhere else, hence, why they get closed if they are out side of that forum, other than that, normal threads like this just get moved, which I will be doing now, moving to Content Modifications.
  16. Uhm, no. Your completely wrong, LCPDFR Support is ONLY for LCPDFR Support (Which this thread is not lcpdfr support related at all), not Hardware issues, also, by telling some one what to do is back seat moderating, which is not allowed here, before you start posting around and ordering people what to do, at least be right about it. @ OP, We already have a thread for these type of questions, which can be located here: post your question in there, hence, the point of that thread was to cut down on these types of threads, closing topic. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  17. Issue resolved, closing thread. Side note: please avoid double posting in the future. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  18. LCPDFR Follows like many programs development staging, IE: Alpha>Beta (Our release was Beta 1), RC (Release Candidate) And possibly just a general release, the only reason why normal users can download the RC2 and other .95 versions is due to the fact that .95 Beta 1 was leaked by one of the testers, so instead of doing damage control, we just decided to release the testing versions publicly and the newest ones internally (RC3 for testers and staff), other than that, there's no telling what will go beyond RC3.
  19. Thread is over 3 months old, please don't necropost, if your having game issues, create your own thread in the appropriate section.
  20. Yes, you can, it's called a signature, click on your profile>Edit My Profile> Signature, and put the image in there.
  21. Did you not read this^? Something within your computer is blocking the installer, it's beyond our issue, it's your computer, not our installer, also, you could actually try being nice, by not calling random people who are actually trying to help you "Smartass" and well asking nicely, but anyways, we told the issue, it's beyond our side of help, see if your AV is blocking it, or find out of some other programs/possible malware is blocking it by running a few scans of antimalware programs (Super Anti Spyware, MalwareBytes), other than that, there's nothing else we can do, also, you need to knock off the attitude. Side note: Since you asked whether or not you need GTA IV to play this mod (Which is for GTA IV..) I'm assuming you don't have GTA IV, so if you are going to even attempt to install this mod, you need a full legal copy of GTA IV installed before you can play this modification, which you can purchase off of steam, and if you don't have steam, you can get it here (Yes, it's free): http://store.steampowered.com/about/
  22. Chevrolet Caprice PI, my local DPS Department actually just got two, I've seen them twice, I think if I ever see them again, I'll grab a pic, as well as my sheriff department also got a Dodge Durango and made it into a PI as well.
  23. We're not trying to be mean, it's just that you should search around a tad bit before rushing in and making a thread that might already exist, hence, it clutters up the forums, if you want me to, I can delete this thread for you.
  24. This has been known since .95 Beta 1 First came out..... *Sigh*
  25. Post your questions in this thread: hence, that's the point of it, is to reduce the number of these type of threads, use that one, closing. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
