Turns out the guy working on it is a fraud, if it can help you the rotators are handled by putting sirensetting="13" in the carvariation.meta and put DRO1 as the PRML setting in the VCF, and you install them in the lightbar same as you would before ELS came out. ELS controls the other lights in the lightbar.

I'm having an issue with the police bike, note that I took off the CHP and changed it to LEDS in the VCF because I don't play as CHP, but I don't think this is causing the issue. The red light on the handlebars (extra10) always stays on(even when emergency lights are off), eventhough I set UseSteadyBurnLights to false, and when I turn on the emergency lights, it doesn't flash. If I go in components menu and turn it off, it stays off... even when I run code 3. Is there something else I need to change in the VCF to make it work as a normal flashing red light, or is the model made that way because of CHP? Also, the headlight doesn't produce a lightbeam other than the AUXCORONAS pattern.- 952 comments

I didn't change the carcols, I use Make Visuals Great Again, and you have to modify the sirensetting in the carvariation.meta. I believe it's sirensetting=13... but it's been a while since I played with that.- 5 comments

Like I said in the description, it's a unreleased model I had made for myself, but the template is the same as the Crown Vic in BradM's pack. ;)

(English Follows) Voici le pack des skins de la Sûreté du Québec, le pack contient les skins pour le Crown Vic, le Charger 2014, le Charger 2016, l'Explorer 2015, le Tahoe 2013 et le Taurus. Chaque modèle comprend plusieurs skins avec des numéros d'unité et de plaque différents. J'ai aussi inclus la texture pour la lightbar rouge et bleue fournie par BradM. Quelques véhicules ont un des skin pour représenter le nouveau look de la SQ. Les plaques en avant sont juste pour rire vù qu'au Québec, nous n'avons pas de plaques avant. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Here is the complete skins pack for the Sûreté du Québec (Québec's sheriff and highway patrol), the pack contains multiple liveries for the Crown Vic, the 2014 and 2016 charger, the 2015 Explorer, the 2013 Tahoe and the FPIS. Each car gets multiple skins with different unit and plate numbers. I've also included the lightbar texture provided by BradM to make it red and blue. Some models have the new livery showing off the new look the SQ is changing to in the next few years. I put novelty plates in the front to be silly because Québec cars don't have front plates. His second model pack and it's just as perfect as the first one. the attention to detail is crazy! Bonus points for having awesome looking Takedowns and Alley lights! dog wont chase or attack suspects when you're in an initiated pursuit, I press the command button, I see the text saying "Catch him" or "Neutralize him" but dog doesn't do anything, just keeps following me on my heels. It works fine on random peds, but as soon as you're in a pursuit, he Potato's.- 542 comments

Should add a readme for the installation of HeroDragger, otherwise you don't know where to install until you actually open the .ini file ;) people who've been modding for a while will know where it goes, but should always make your stuff idiot proof to avoid unnessessary questions ;)

Un bel essai -La barre dans la porte devrait être vert kaki foncé, pas grise. -La police d'écriture est pas la bonne. -Manque le contour des pognées noires. Le reste est quand même bien fait.(bien positioné, bonne grosseur de logo et de texte, les barres blanche à la bonne hauteur) -
Hey Albo! I was wondering, for the Organised Street Race callout, often times when there are 3 or 4 suspects, I call in backup... lots of backup... and eventhough every suspect has a pursuing officer/helicopter (right ON them), they manage to escape, Could it be a conflicting mod? or is there a way around this, would be great to be able to catch up to them or have notices about them being arrested by other officers.- 1,081 comments

I loved all your skins packs, the time, detail and work you put into them. This Vehicle pack has just as much attention to detail and it looks awesome. Hard to believe it's your first attempt at modeling, this is better than 90% of models out there. Needs more than 5 stars.- 89 comments

I had someone working on it but it's taking for ever. The rotators just use the base GTA V sirensetting 13 while the other lights are controlled by ELS, you just have to use DRO1 as the PRML lightingformat and make sure your carvariation.meta for that vehicle has sirensetting="13". And by the way, the Arrowboard does work with the current ELS version, it even worked with version 1.0.0. as shown in one of my videos: By the way, if you need skins for your SQ pack, send me a message, I can help you out ;)

HOLY SHIT BATMAN! I just realised someone FINALLY fixed the bug where the cars shit themselves when they blow up! All the models coming out lately, when they blow up or lose a part, the car clones itself attached to that part, your vehicles don't do that! Let's fornicate, like now. Check out Albo1125 on youtube, his channel has loads of DIY videos and tutorials on how to do this.- 101 comments

YAY! 2014 charger was added! I noticed the alley lights don't seem to produce any lightbeam... you'd see them come on on the lightbar but it wouldn't actually light up the houses... Was that fixed in this new update i'm downloading now?

Very nicely done! it's a shame Toronto is actually looking to change their liveries in the next few months ;) @JaitheGamer58 the skins don't control the rims or the lightbar, and his skin will fit pretty much any model of CVPI that uses the same template as BxBugs. -
GTA Comes alive by Darkmyre adds a lot of random events. Check it out.

Buying the retail copy was the worst mistake I did. You can't block updates like you can on Steam and seems like the servers are down every other day.

Playing LSPDFR without all the mods that use scripthook is like having sex with a cheap hooker. Sure it gets the job done... but you'll also get Aids.

You can still play, but a lot of mods won't work... including ELS :'( Just delete Scripthook.dll
