i did a reskin of the female LSPD uniform
openiv goto : update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/patchday4ng.rpf and replace the s_f_y_cop_01 files
then go to : x64e.rpf/models/cdimages/pedprops.rpf and replace the s_f_y_cop_01_p files
don't forget to backup your files !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Add what i put in the carvar.txt to the end of your carvariations.
If you dont have patch day 9 in your mods folder, then just copy it from the base files

- YOU MUST HAVE RADIANCE V INSTALLED FOR THE LIGHTS TO HAVE BLOOM AND LOOK GOOD!!!!!!!
- This is probably one of the most customizable vehicles i have ever made, and it actually features
the use of every single siren available to GTA V.
- There has been over 30 hours to get this vehicle to be in its current state. There are a few small bugs,
but they aren't too noticable.
- The interior is nothing how I want it to be, which is unfortunate but I have nothing better to put in the 
vehicle.
- If there are any bugs with the model, please feel free to let me know.
- This model is very highpoly, around 220k pollys. The file size is also on the larger size, around 6.5mb,
I apologize for this.
- I have included Multiple skins that you can install with the model, or you can install them all if you want to. 
**To install the skins, you must name them explorer_sign_# (replace # with whatever number you want)**
- All skins are in 4k, so adding them all will increase file size
- The file size of this model is quite large, as is the poly count (220k). If you cant use the vehicle, i'm sorry
but i cant make it any lower for what i have on the vehicle.
- Please check the extras folder for anything you need with the model, including templates, extra files, etc...

NOTES

-This car features two or three setups, depending on how you like your cars. I have designed
it to work as a marked vehicle and also as a slicktop. To change the vehicle from a marked vehicle
to a slicktop/ghosted vehicle, all you have to do is go and toggle the extras 2 for the inner bar, 
and 3 for the outer lightbar. 
-It also features two skins, one fully marked, and one ghosted. If you want an unmarked, all you have 
to do is go into a photo editing program and delete everything off the skin, and add your own licence
plate. 
-There has been alot of work put into this model, from merging the interior to numerious 
bugs that we had during the creation of this model. There might be some small ones that 
have gone un noticed, if you notice any, please, feel free to tell me about them.
-The lights on the vehicle were designed to be used with Radiance V. I used the bright setting to take the screenshots shown
-There are some small errors with the interior but i didn't mind them.
-This model was designed for its handling to act like the Police3. 
-I have also included light textures to make the car Red & Blue or Blue and Blue, they are in
the extras folder.
-The model is a little on the higher poly side (130k+) but it shouldn't cause any issues.
-The templates are in the extras folder.
-This is the first vehicle I have released, and i'd like to give a huge shout out to all the people
who actually made this possible, from sitting up for hours with me helping my dumbass, to giving me
vehicles to fix because they are too lazy or just don't know how to fix it. You all know who you are,
so, Thank you.
-The file included in the extras folder to make the lights act differently is not made by me. I did not
get credits for whoever made the file and added the change to the vehicle.

This vehicle features a very robust lighting setup for high visibility during both the day and at night. For the lights to work properly, it is recommended that you use BxBugs123's Radiance mod found here:

There it is! After long hours of work, the requested NFS:HP skin pack for IRL cars is finished and available! Took me a while, I agree (especially since I took a fair break in skin making), but hey, at least it's done. For the short story, I always loved police cars in NFS: Hot Pursuit and their liveries, so I worked on a skin pack for vanilla cars (available here), and then worked on making a similar park for real life cars. There are 2 different kinds of livery so far, black and white for LSPD, and dark green and white for LSSD. I might start working on a San Andreas State following the blue and white liveries of NFS: Most Wanted (the one of 2012), but it's not planned as of yet. Let's see the list of cars available, shall we?
