1)    Extract the textures from the WinRAR onto your desktop.

2)    Open your “OpenIV” and find your vehicles you want to swap. In this case the Cvpi- (PimDSLR, Virzza or BxBugs123 models), Explorer- (Thehurk model), and Charger- (BxBugs123 model)

3)    The paths to finding these should be (unless you changed any models to another slot):

Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

The above path is where you will find police2 and police3 slots to either replace vehicles or add getinmybelly0627 textures for the 2014 charger.

I had a question for you. I have made skins for the BMW1200 Police Bike, the Riot, and the PolMav all based off of your textures. I took some of the assets from the png file and made textures for these 3 vehicles. I was wondering if you would like them to post on your site or if you don't mind if I post them and give you the credit for the texture idea. It's up to you.
