Alright, I wonder if it is my microphone? I mean it is a decent quality microphone. Hell, maybe my microphone constantly resets? Until then I'm gonna refrain from using Vocal dispatch, such a shame this thing has to creep up on me and not work properly. I honestly think its on my side, but I have another microphone laying around so maybe I'll use that and tell you how it goes.

it's built in with the headset, and yes I do have it set to default. I noticed what the problem was, I pressed Right alt whenever It was still recognizing. thus making LSPDFR crash I guess. However, some of us are in a bit louder environments, so I think there should be a button to force it to stop recognizing. I'll report back on any other problems, Maybe it was because Speech Recognition wasn't setup completely. it keeps giving me that error after a moment or two, like 15 seconds into recognizing. Whenever it says that though, I am getting feedback from the microphone still.

Love the Idea yet It crashes whenever I press Right Alt, at first it was working just fine, but now its being a bit stubborn something i would recommend though : is adding a notification whenever pressing the Right-Alt key that says "Listening" or something. if you look closely, I have tried to run it several times... Love the textures the vehicles you chose to work with them on, not so great. You can hardly get lightbars on those vehicles, without having to be a rocket scientist [except for the Explorer : which by the way has instructions attached on the lightbar]

This was a great car, yet this car is clearly not able to be modded with Backup.xml or vehicles.meta. I saw some really great textures for these cars yet apparently as I attempt to get help nothing works.

Where to get cars...? i'm about to just literally mod my own, why not list them?
