    I think you may misunderstood me.I mean on numbers on roof of the car. For example on police buffalo it have 42,72,21 and I want to add maybe 20 more numbers(50,30,67,65.....).

    Possible. You can always try adding addition texture variations with higher variation numbers and see if they work in game, but the max number might be set in the model file itself.
