remove Ok so this happens when i do stuff at the station like go into or exit the garage or lockers I seriously do not know what it is, i can't find anything searching on google i'm hoping you guys know what it is?

does anyone know why some different clothes change nothing? for example: my motorbike SAHP uniform works, but when i change it to SAHP jacket uniform, it does not change anything? sorry if it's not enough info... i don't know what else to give information on.
