Try installing the gameconfig and Heap and Packfile Adjusters.

Gameconfig can be installed to mods/Update/x64/dlcpacks.

The Adjusters go in the Main Directory.

    Once installed, test the game.

You can do this by installing StopThePed and using the Interaction Menu to perform one.

Make sure you are using the manual version of the LSPDFR install. Once downloaded, drag and drop the files from the download into the Main Directory. Then launch the RPH exe from the Main Directory. You can also make a shortcut after the first time setup.

What do you mean "car mods"?

If they are replace vehicles, the vehicle files get installed to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\Patchday28g9ec\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf. If they come with xmls, then the XMLs are for ELS. First install that, then place them into ELS/pack_default path in the Main Directory.

If they are addon, the dlcpack folder goes into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks, then add the appropriate line to the dlclist.xml in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data. Most addon packs will include a readme that tells you how.

Open the download. Move the files to the Main Directory and they should auto sort if you already have LSPDFR installed. After that, grab the latest RageNativeUI from here and place it in your Main Directory.

Have you edited any xmls in the lspdfr folder in the Main Directory recently?

If not, rename mods to _mods and try launching LSPDFR again.

Go into the lspdfr.ini in the lspdfr folder in the Main Directory and change or add the following to reflect below:

    Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true

All that would have done was update the mods folder after the recent title update.

    Please screenshot the Main Directory.

How did you install LSPDFR? Manual or automatic?

Additionally, please provide the RPH Crash Log. Its a text file in the Main Directory called either RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log (if you have file extensions enabled).

Your crash is still related to Prowler Radar. Please fully re-install it and give it another go.

Additionally, if you wanted to continue using Assorted Callouts, the updated one by Aschtar should be working just fine. Link found here.

I mean...if removing it fixed the issue, then something must be going on with it. I would continue to work with the Dev to find out the issue. If you wish to continue playing, simply remove it for now until you can find a solution.

Alright. Let's start with the basics, when you press Ctrl + P, does the panel come up in the bottom right?

Yeah....that will do it. ELS xml's go into ELS/pack_default.

I have found a new way to add in clothing to peds without having to replace any of the existing drawables or textures!
This will possibly lead to a lot of additional clothing mods.

It would work, however, you'd have to install Bootcamp and a compatible version of Windows first.

It works fine, there is no issue with clipping, you just can't get how Multiplayer peds works, even without EUP you'll get clipping skin if you selected an incompatible upper skin with your top, I can't believe you are persuaded to be right.

@AlexBraun figured out which hashes correspond to the ped components. The full YMT file hasn't been reversed though.
