The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

It would work, however, you'd have to install Bootcamp and a compatible version of Windows first.

    Bootcamp comes with all Macs, you just need to install Windows via Bootcamp.  It's super easy.  Obviously make sure that your iMac is powerful enough to run the game.
