  1. Don't worry, that new plate is only going to be around for a few more years, then they're going back to the old one.
  2. I love the new heads. Is there a way to get these new heads to show up on the default "fit" cop model?
  3. I don't think they would, as it is a very old forgotten game. Besides, I've seen people reuse sounds from newer, more popular Activision video games (such as Call of Duty 4), in their mods for other games and not get in trouble for it.
  4. Finally, some realistic female cops! No more high heels and short skirts! That is amazing! All we need is for somebody to make an LCPD version, as mentioned before.
  5. ArmA II: Combined Operations (2010), by Bohemia Interactive. The most realistic warfare simulation game out there. Fly aircraft, drive vehicles, or fight on foot or on the water. An entire world is yours to explore. There's a huge online community that is dedicated to creating new content for the game on a daily basis. The mods for this game are what make truly it great, similar to GTA IV. Dangerous Waters (2005), by Sonalysts Corporate. Submarine simulation game. Very technical, but entertaining if modern naval warfare is your cup of tea. A bit old, so it should run good. Police Quest: SWAT 2 (1998), by Sierra Entertainment. RTT police game. Imagine SWAT 4 turned into an RTS game. A great classic. Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 1 (2001), by Red Storm Entertainment. The original Ghost Recon is one of those games where you are actually glad when you're killed by the enemy, because it shows you how great the enemy A.I. is. Keep your head down and shoot smartly. Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Raven Shield (2003), Ubisoft. Choose your team members, gear up and head out. Be careful though, this game is very hard, more harder than the original Ghost Recon, in my opinion. Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell (2002), by Ubisoft. The original Splinter Cell. None of the dumbed-down B.S. that's found in Splinter Cell: Conviction. Need I say more? Stay in the shadows, and pick your victims.
  6. DeltaHawk made some beautiful CVPIs for ArmA 1, back in 2009. They come with good officer models too! However, it's only for ArmA 1 and it hasn't been ported to ArmA 2 yet. Probably never will. Link here: http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=4661
  7. Police Quest: SWAT 2 was my favorite PQ/SWAT game. Mainly because I had so many fond, nostalgic memories of me playing it on my old Packard Bell Windows 98 P.C. back in the day. The soundtrack, composed by Jason Hayes, is awesome too. Ahh, the memories...
  8. The blue uniforms will go great with the World Trade Center and Chevrolet Caprice mods.
  9. Just try tapping the default siren key, which is "G". You can do that, or tap "G" and wait until the wail gets to its highest pitch, and then turn it off. At least, that's the way I do it. BTW, I've heard A.I. police vehicles use the manual siren when driving around the city. What's up with that?
  10. Nice video, where'd you get that CVPI you used? Is there a version of it with license plate-reading cameras?
  11. For a second, I thought the O.P. was talking about suspects bailing from their car during a pursuit, in which case, I'd like to see more of that; suspects trying to escape on foot after crashing their car.
  12. If somebody makes a good North American police mod for that game, I'd buy it. But, other than that, meh.

The following are two liveries for the various 1998-2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor models that are available for Grand Theft Auto IV and EFLC on P.C. =Overview= The liveries are that of the City of Viroruga City Police Department, which is a fictional police department for a fictional city. A "supervisor" livery and a normal cruiser livery are included. These liveries are based off of the current (circa May 2012) liveries of the City of Oklahoma City Police Department, in the State of Oklahoma in the United States of America. =Credits= These liveries were created by Laqueesha, with the help of templates created by fellow modders, and images gathered from the internet. Credit where credit is due. =Background and History= The city of Viroruga City, Viroruga is a fictional city, based off of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Viroruga is a play on words of Oklahoma's name (in Rockstar fashion), which is derived from the Choctaw words of "okla" and "humma", which means "people", and "red", respectively. Conversely, Viroruga means "red people" in the language of Esperanto, "Viro" meaning man or people, and "Ruga" meaning "red". =Extras= Some extras are included with this download, to help better orient the player with the fictional city of Viroruga City, Viroruga. =Usage terms= You may use these in any way you'd like. You may edit and distribute any edited versions, so long as credit is given.
  13. Could somebody retexture the raincoat so it looks more like these ones, only in LCPD-style?: http://www.flickr.com/photos/jahnavi/219353302/
  14. What's a downgraded model?
  15. Laqueesha commented on FDLC FF/EMT Boxer's gallery image in GTA IV Galleries
  16. Oh, you mean an MDT. I got to get with the times.
  17. Same here. I don't know of any civilian police department in the USA that requires military service to become an officer. It helps, but it is not a requirement.
  18. Looks great, nice belt and radio. Could you possibly make an LCPD version of this?
  19. It's too late now, the Panther platform was retired, and thus, all cars that use that platform, the Crown Vics, Grand Marquis', Town Cars, etc., are now retired. I don't see why they would make the Grand Marquis into a police vehicle anyway, as it is esentially a Crown Victoria with a different nameplate.
  20. It ain't perfect, but it's by far the best one available at the moment. If you want voices, there's this old 1998 real-time tactics game for the P.C. called "Police Quest: SWAT 2", it has a lot of realistic-sounding female police officer voices. The company and publisher of the game both went out of business several years ago, so it should be safe to use. Would love to see a button-up short sleeve version and a necktie version, keep up the good work!
  21. The siren sounds great! Just a shame there's no priority siren.
