A update for Gta V came out today nothing works till its updated, it says at the top of this page

You need scripthookv to mod Gta V, ragehook is for LSPDFR (You don't need Ragehook unless you want to play LSPDFR and some other mods that I don't know the name for right now.) It usually takes 2-3 days after the update comes out for them to update

There are many things incorrect about this, Wrong rims Wrong push bar Gta V lights - front and rear Lights on push bar Roof light is incorrectly sized License plates are not apart of the skin, they should be There's 1 spotlight, should be two spotlights The blue is a bit to dark NOTHING in the interior Over all, its seem like you wanted to get this out as fast as possible.- 7 comments

There is no conversion needed for that tho, unless you converted it from GTA IV

Make sure you center axis to object on the wheel and try reset to world on chassis dummy and root dummy. The brackets are NEEDED for the wheels to work correctly
