One small little issue: Sometimes the model spawns with no face shield thing, however the large black bolts that go with it spawn and are sort of just floating there in mid air.

In response to TheMebster: You need to edit the handling file. I'm assuming you replaced polpat with it, so just give it the handling line of the regular civvie Cavalacade.

unr3al is right. Not many good samplings out there for a CVPI. You know, you can find alot of videos on YT, but without proper hollywood quality recording equipment, you are going to get bad recordings, wind noise, road noise, ambient noise, ect. But still, I believe it is possible with some effort. Look at all the other things modders have pulled off in this game!

Well here's an update: It crashes immediately before it finishes loading. No mods or anything. Couldn't start the game. My regular GTA 4 disc version works fine. Any ideas? I've tried the xliveless.dll and that didn't work.

So I have the disc version of GTA IV and have just downloaded the steam version of EFLC. Will I be able to integrate my mods from the original into EFLC the same way? How does modding the steam version work? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

This is a .wav audio file of a Crown Vic accelerating. I figured someone with some knowledge of audio editing can use it to make a decent sound mod for the police car in game. It uses the "V_STYLE_3" sounds. I myself have tried to edit the files but have been unable to put them into GTA IVaud Editor because they need to be in "PCM" format. If someone else can work around this I believe there is potential. You are free to use this in anyway, I found it just by doing some google searching. I hope it is useful to someone.

Needs more rumble. Also, its as if the original R* sound is playing faintly in the background as well. Its all garbled. A good start, but needs more work. Very promising.

The only change I did was add the recently released LCPD unarmed Buzzard. Other than that, OpenIV updated itself, but I don't think that would effect the game. I have no idea what could be causing this.

I got up in the morning, played some LCPDFR, went to work, came back, bam, game crashes during the loading screens. Wtf?

This is really annoying to me. I play ARMA2 and part of the fun of restocking on ammo is searching the battleground for dropped weapons after a hellacious firefight. Heck, same goes with COD and Halo and pretty much any shooter out there. Anyone have any ideas on how do do this? I've checked out visualsetings.dat and pc/textures but haven't found any clues.

Uh, in the editor some of the parts are showing as all pink. Whats the deal? Like one of the lowers and a trench coat. Its all pink.
