I tried the diagnostic tool on advance mode. it also crashes when you try to open log file. i can see it says i dont have C++ installed, which is horse shit because I do. What gives?

Erm... to many to list. None of which should be causing this. I'm going to try to reinstall I guess. Really pisses me off.

There is something strange going on with my GTA. There is a strange invisible barrier near my character that interupts melee attacks and every so often the rounds fired from short barrel weapons like the mini-uzi and pistol. I will post a video of it to show you once it has uploaded. When my character swings the baton it interupts the swinging animation and you hear the metal "chunk" sound of it hitting, similar to when you drop/throw a grenade in the game. Also, some rounds fired from the mini-uzi impact this invisible barrier and make metal sparks, just like shooting any other metal surface in game. WTF is this witch-craft??? I kinda hope the graphics stay the same as GTA IV so my broke ass doensn't have to get a newer gaming PC lol Police lights look promising. As does the freight trains, imagine the fun to be had with high speed trains haha

Which part? I am only somewhat familiar with IDE editing, like changing the name of a vehicle to give it a different engine sound. I've tinkered around with every aspect of the .ide with no results. I've had a few ELS CVPI's in the polpat slot that worked fine, so far I am only having issues with Carface/Compeast's Caprice models, which is strange, becasue as I said I use them in police1 and police2 slots with no issues. I've even given them the same handling lines and .ide info as well with no results.

Hmm, it has something to do with the polpat slot. I put the same car in the fbi slot and it worked fine.

No, I don't think it's graphically related. What I don't understand is this: Those models were created by Carface, right? Well I have his LCPD 91 and 94 models in the police1 and police2 slots and they work fine.

I have tried both of the Caprice's in the 9/11 minipack released by Compeast, and they both have wacky black lines jutting through the car while driving.
