  1. Hello. So I'm creating a callout and to make things short and sweet basically it's people on motorbikes and you (the police) turn up and then the 3 bikes make off from you. So basically once you get on scene and they start making off the game glitches around and I don't know why. If you could have a look then I'll send an image of the game glitching. If you have any ideas why this is happening then I'd really appreciate any suggestions. Thanks a lot.
  2. Thanks I'll give it a go, am I using the names or the bunch of numbers? Cause I've tried the names before but still invalid?
  3. Hello... Again So I'm creating a very simple items/debris on the road callout where the user simply turns up and has to move said items from the road. However I cannot seem to get the correct item names, I've tried using names from the files (via OpenIV) and I've tried simple names (like 'basketball' for example) but neither work. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you! :D
  4. Yeah! Got it! But now when the callout is accepted the ped disappears :( Back to Visual Studio
  5. So this is the RageHook log of the crash http://pastebin.com/zYkSkqCd Can you see the issue?
  6. I've got that fixed but now whenever the callout comes through in game LSPDFR crashes. Anyone have any suggestions? It's very simple code as I'm still learning. Let me know if you'd like too see the code :)
  7. Ah right! Thank you, I appreciate that. And well I use Visual Basic but I'm trying my hand at C# at the moment but I understand your point. Thanks again
  8. Do you have any idea how to fix this error when I try to compile my code? https://gyazo.com/591856669f9d6526e326d6f7f67c5636
  9. Written my callout but I am now wanting to compile my code into my .dll file. I press F5 but when it starts to process I get this error. Any help on how to fix this is greatly appreciated, thanks. Error: https://gyazo.com/591856669f9d6526e326d6f7f67c5636
  10. I didn't get the option as I opened a project rather than created a new one. I've located it now, I was making a mistake and that's why it wasn't showing up. Thanks all.
  11. Thank you, where does it compile to?
  12. I wrote it in Visual Studio and I know the option is somewhere but I cannot find it.
  13. So I've done all the coding but now I need to make a .dll file so I can trial it in game. Any help is appreciated! Edit: I know this is probably really simple once you know how but I have no Visual Studio experience. I've also googled but nothing comes up.
  14. Cheers, had actually found that already. Looking for some more! :D
  15. So I'm looking to get into making my own callouts GTA 5. I have experience in writing Visual Basic Code but not C# which is what I'm trying to do. I was wondering if anyone has a link or knows where I can find example callouts code which is commented well which would allow me to learn C#. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks a lot.
  16. I'm looking to get into the same thing so maybe keep in touch if you go ahead with your learning process? :)
  17. Okay so I am literally going into the unknown here. I am looking to get into coding lightbars/coding lightbar sequences as I think some of the light sequences get quite repetitive and and I'd just like to give it a shot at making my own. I have a few questions. Now is this even a thing to start with? How easy would it be to learn and pick up? What program is the coding done in? Where could I go to learn about this? I have googled this and can't find anything or get any leads. If anyone can give me ANY information then I will really appreciate it! Thanks a lot, I look forward to your responses.
  18. Do you know what program lightbar coding is done in? Or what language?

  20. Oh right, maybe it is to do with how long I'm holding the button then. I'll give it another but with shorter periods of pushing the button! :)
  21. Awesome mod! Absolutely love having my Police Dog. However it does get very repetitive that every time I send off my dog after someone they get chewed to death. Does anyone know of anyways to stop the suspect/target dying every time? I'd love it if you could send the dog and they catch the person and give you enough time to catch up and arrest the suspect rather than every single time you catch up you have to call the coroner lol Thanks :)
  22. This is awesome, I love it! Been using it for a month or so now! Only thing I'm curious about is that I'll attend a traffic stop back-up call but if the suspect feels then when I call back up they spawn just further down the road but still still? No lights on nothing. I am assuming that the backup option in LSPDFR doesn't link with the fact I'm in a pursuit. That's the only reason I can think for them to spawn and then not join. Any help or feedback would be appreciated.
  23. Sus. I'll do my thing though, thanks.
