You assume that because my profile says Netherlands, that i don't know anything about your country or situation. Wow, the word hypocrite has never shined so bright on my screen before. I laughed quite loudly, since this is basically also the opinion of most USA citizens on Liveleak. If i remember correctly you should get 2 messages when you pull over a vehicle: First is the ''wait for vehicle to pull over'' and second one is ''park behind the vehicle to continue'' or something like that. You should park on a specific spot behind that vehicle in order to get the 2nd message. If you don't get that message, you're not in the right spot.

The problem i think is how you bring it. Now you just post a youtube video with the comment that you also want to act like a crazy monkey on drugs. But if you would have instead turned the topic into a discussion on pro/anti drugs or something similar i'm sure the mods would have left it open. Talking about this one btw, i assume?

Oh damn this is nice! I don't have new suggestions, but seeing as you want to make this a total mod with features that can be switched on/off, i would consider bringing in some car features that have already been modded, but would be much better to have in 1 mod. Blinkers would be good, and maybe the seatbelt mod? (or is that part of the full vehicle lock control?) Nonetheless, i'm keeping my eye out for this mod.

I can, but i also believe i saw an admin somewhere saying that the mod is best played on a completed storyline savegame, as to avoid any conflicts. So in all honesty, finish the storyline first or download a completed savegame, put it in a different slot and use that savegame for LSPDFR.

To repair your car quickly, just press F4 (Rage plugin) and type in Repair, it will fix your car immediatly. Change/Repair cars, tazers and that sort of things will probably come in a next update, patience.

In all honesty, all the things you are pointing out is just a matter of patience. They gave us a beta so we could just start playing around with the base mod, it's not a finished mod and it's not like they announced they are stopping the development of it. Instead of asking why these features were not implemented yet, you could also suggest to add these features. Same goes for police computer, taser, convict transport, ways of restocking on ammo and a lot more. And when G17 will release an API for modders, everything you wanted that G17 could/would not add, you or someone else will be creating it! So don't worry about the lack of features, it's still version 0.1.

Did you manualy remove dsound.dll out of the folder? Having both xliveless.dll and dsound.dll in the folder will cause the game to not start up. What you can also do is finding the LCPDFR diagnostic tool, make sure you open it with administrator rights, and then 'Check game installation folder' or something similar to that, it will try to locate your GTAIV folder and all its available errors.

When installing it lets you choose wich plugin to choose: dsound.dll or xliveless. If you don't plan on going online immediatly, try using xliveless instead of dsound.

At the bottom of that page you can see What's New in Version 0.1d Beta and next to it in the grey area you can change the updatenr, and below it will show what was changed in that update. Mostly user documentation in this case.

Without posting your system specs, my only advice would be to buy a better PC.

I think that happened to me a few weeks ago because i still had (an old version of) scripthook installed. Because of that, my game wouldnt get past the launchscreen. When you delete your game throught Windows itself, it doesnt actually remove any 3rdparty files you have in there. Did you use scripthook/mods in the past? If so, chances are the files are still in your GTA folder and that's whats preventing you from launching the game.

Desoler pour mon francais, c'est pas ma premierel langue. Mais j'ai exactement le meme problemen avec ma voiture du FBI. Il y a pas de fixe, j'etait a la recherche pendant 2-3 ans maintenant. La seul chose qui marche pour moi, c'est de rentree dans la voiture, et a plein vitesse faire des tours sur les rue. Apres 5-10, defois 15 minuten le bruit du motor commence a marcher. Auncune idee pour quoi, mais saute sur ta moto, et roule pendant au moin 20 minutes sans t'arreter et regarde si le sons revien ou pas.

I know what VSync is, that's why i thought you were trolling. He is having issues with the gamemechanics itself, as it seems that some objects/cars/police whatever it is is not spawning at a certain time or point in the game that it should. Enable/Disabling VSync for these issues is the most useless advice ever, as it really has nothing to do whatsoever with his issue. But then again, you can't blame me for thinking you were trolling, especially when i hear now that somebody apparently never even heard of the 'Driver' series before. In that case, Parallel Lines might indeed sound like a fault with the graphicscard lol.

Reinstall a correct version of DirectX, preferably the one that came with GTA. (steam/steamapps/common/gtaiv/installers/directx <-something like that)

Tu utilise un controller ou quelque chose autre avec ton clavier et souris? Sinon, fais un screenshot de ton map ou GTAIV est installer, steam/steamapps/common/GTAIV/game/ quelque chose comme sa, on pourra voir si l'installation est bien fait. Et excuse mon francais, je suis pas belge/francais lol.

​Thanks for ruining the online experience for me and most of all my Steamfriends who bought GTAV for the online experience and now decided to probably never touch it again because of the endless bunch of people who can't play nice & fair and have to absoluty destroy everything and everybody that's not too their liking. ''I killed you? Hold on, lemme turn om my godmode'' And the reasons why you cheat are even more sad. You cheat because of noobs, but in the meantime you are the big noob for using the cheats. Seriously? You spawn 3M$ because of some Kuruma noobs? You could also use the 3M to buy the Insurgent with gun and destroy every Kuruma you come across, but noooo, let's ruin gameplay for everybody.
