  1. I'm not having any issues with this in 0.4. I also stated 0.4 on a clean GTA V install.
    I'm very happy that this was released, I tried editing the files on my own for the environmental reflection and it didn't work. Luckily I found this file and it's done more than expected and added more realism to the game. Good job!
  2. Here's a video explaining how to remove one of the sets of vehicles from the pack. Basically install the entire pack and then go in and delete files. Also for better emergency lighting and enviromental settings I recommend downloading Fenix2525WOT's Emergency Lighting Revolution file: Alright here's the video:

  4. @Thehurk So I'm having this same issue. I replaced my Sheriff CVPIs with this model and I'd like to set which extras the ai will always spawn with. I don't want them to spawn with the wrap around bumper bars. I read somewhere that this is edited with "FLAG_EXTRAS" under the vehicles.meta but this file isn't accessible for stock police car slots. EDIT: I'd like it to spawn with the extras 1, 2, 3, and 8 without having to go into a Trainer to get it how I want and to ensure my AIs spawn with those extras.

  6. I get the "Didn't copy. Please say again" everytime I press RAlt and speak. I've tested my microphone and it does work. My language is also set correctly to en-US.   8. I've come back after a break from playing and updated everything. I have found that the radar/map in the bottom left of the screen does not rotate around with the player while in first person. Anyone have any ideas as to why this is? I have found that this is so far only true while in my added-on vehicles. I know that I had to update my update.rpf files in OpenIV, but I don't know if anything in that location could have anything to do with it.
  9. we need someone figuring out why this 15.7 mb limit is a thing and how to get around it. can't add any sirens without going over the limit and then have to sacrifice other sirens just to get one good siren. I want all the good sirens.

  15. I unfortunately have not been able to find a good photograph of the rear end of the conroe police car, so I have no idea what is on the back. I also can't find a good enough image of their call 911 with the texas flags that are on the back of each side of the vehicle. If you can get a photo of the back or find one that would help me work on this texture.

I'm looking for someone who is good with coding to help me implement my police report spreadsheet into the game as a plugin, and make it so that when you are done with the report it saves to your computers documents file or other designated location. I'm not good with code at all but I think that adding a police report system to the game would add greatly to the realism. Please message me and we can hopefully get started on this.

    I absolutely love all the lights. I wish you would have gone one step further and added a lightbar.
  19. The texture that is supposed to be for the prison bars separating the police officer in the front from the prisoner in the back is incorrect. Currently it's set to a radio which when I looked in the .ytd file appeared to be the one named "fuckinglights"
  20. There you go, I have been working on the Charger version, but the charger templates are a little more difficult to deal with. I planned on doing the new HPD skin instead of the old one, but I can certainly give it a go.
