Sorry i'm also new to all this, is there a way to set a certain vehicle to ONLY patrol the whole highway? or is it just a certain vicinity?

So does this mean i can set liveries per locations? Meaning i want the car in my "police 2 slot" to patrol the highway with the Highway Patrol livery but still want "police2" to patrol blaine county with blaine county livery etc

I don't understand how you guys are able to add so many lights to these vehicles. Once i add a lightbar the most i can get to flash is maybe 2 flashers in the front and two on the back.

I think the reason for this mod is to address the fact that traffic doesn't clear as well as they should without it. But anyway, this mod crashes everytime i try to load it with LSPDFR : \ I have the newest version of everything.- 528 comments

If somebody could help me fix the headlights i'll give you credit! Original model: Reventon09 Police Conversion: BizzleZX10R Template: AuthorSaulAlan Police Texture: BizzleZX10R Template included: "terra.png" Vehicles & Carvariation.meta files included for realistic speed and seat position. KNOWN ISSUES This vehicle still carries with it the few bugs that Reventon09's model has Driver side door gap Only in first person Headights don't shine Few small pieces here and there that the template doesn't cover Not the biggest fan of the rims but its what came with the original model. Best i could do was change the colors.

Nah that wouldn't be it. If the car was locked it wouldn't of let you open it in zmodeler. Shoot me a PM

ZModeler 3 is the best way to go. The best thing honestly is to start messing with an already existing unlocked model to learn your way around ZM3.

Hello, i'm having issues with this Porsche that i downloaded. It looks like the creator of the model did something funky with the headlights to where they don't project onto anything and i would like to see how to fix them? Somebody else on this form said something about creating dummy's but doesn't explain how - that and when i load other models that do have working headlights, these "dummy" files aren't there. Hold on, first things first. Are you trying to mod GTA V or GTA IV?

I'm having an issue with headlights also, i couldn't find any of these "dummy" items in the hierarchy but these dummy items also were not found when importing other models that have working headlights.

Some models require you to replace the texture in (for example) police2_hi.yft instead of the usual (police2.yft) i run into this all the time.

So glad i came across this topic! I was having the same issue and also saw that my chassis[col] file disappeared. I reported the original model and dragged the chassis[col] to my police version and then the doors started working again.

I've been running into this issue lately - i take a working car model and once i add police items like a rambar and lights i go back into the game and the car doors wont open and my player is able to walk through the car. Is there a certain pattern i should have the items in on ZModeler?

Yeah i think it's a bug with the version that i added with the new rambar. I'm going to try to use the old version again and if it works then i'm going to get rid of the new one.- 48 comments

Heyy, so theres this one guy on gta5-mods that always releases his models unlocked to the public to do what they want with them but for some reason he always releases them without templates. I know my way around ZModeler but no matter how many tutorials ive watched i just can't put my finger on how to create a template. Theres two cars i need templates for so if can somebody help me out and shoot me a message, i'm desperate.
