Far as i know, remove the left front rim in zmodeler and import a rim to your liking. I don't know if you have to create new dummy's for the other 3 rims or if they just mimic the main node. Sheriff letters and logo need to be moved to the right more as it's running into the Ram 3500 logo. Also the word "Sheriff" isn't straight.

Law enforcement vehicles tend to use cut and dry fonts like Arial, Arial Black & Arial Bold if you wanna try that.

I made a similar skin using this as a template, would i be able to release it as long as i give you credit?

Only critiques i have are: Uniform needs to be a bit darker, tie needs to be black, black stripe needs to be added to the pants if it isnt already, i can't tell. Also, it looks like you just overwrote the existing uniform with just the color green because details of the pockets, shirt wrinkles and the overall lines of the uniform are gone.
