I've finally succeeded in spawning a stretcher, and even gone so far as to set up the necessary ropes, props, and animations to attach it to the helicopter's hoist. Still some work to do in making the setup smooth, as ropes are kind of glitchy, but it's looking pretty cool! Who's excited for some real Search and Rescue tools in GTA V?

Special thanks to @SkylineGTRFreak for creating the excellent MH-60 Jayhawk model seen in these screenshots. 

Thanks to some help from @AlexVonShep, I've successfully identified and replaced all of the textures to convert this heliport into a USCG station! More screenshots and progress on the mod here: 
These textures (and many more little details!) will be included with Coastal Callouts as a custom DLC when it is eventually released. 

Working on adding additional seats to the new USCG 25' Defender small boat by @SkylineGTRFreak. Still a WIP getting all the animations and positions just right, but it's coming along nicely. Peds on any of the exterior seat positions can use weapons, and the ones on the sides and front can use 2-handed weapons like machine guns and assault rifles. You can also see a custom flash pattern in use here, and further improvements to the lights are being worked on.

Layout and lighting changes are still WIP and not released yet.

Improvements to the USCG 25' Defender Class Small Boat by @SkylineGTRFreak continue. Now the lights are working properly, realistic instruments have been added to the interior, the flag has been replaced with the USCG Ensign, and the doors have been separated out into toggleable extras (since actual doors don't work on boats). Still working on the layout so peds can enter/exit the vehicle naturally.
 

Having now found the texture files for this unused Pegasus airport hangar, I present USCG Air Station Los Santos, now stationed at Los Santos International Airport! I'll be keeping the station I've previously created at the docks for boats (and helicopter landings as necessary), but will be using this as the main location for USCG air operations now. The location is semi-accurate to real life, as the USCG Air Station Los Angeles is located at LAX.

One of the last teasers before release, a Predator styled after the United States Coast Guard. Predator mapped by @Aquamenti, texture by @PNWParksFan, vehicle edits by me. RDE 3.0 launches December 21st, 2016.
 
Part of RDE going forward is a major sub-project, lead by yours truly, to rework the vanilla vehicles to more accurately reflect their real life counterparts. Such reworkings and changes include: removing bullbars, tweaking lighting patterns and lightbars, and adding computers. Do note: not all vehicles are guaranteed to be 100% accurate, due to game limitations (i.e.: carcols), and the availability of lore friendly parts.

A very unique law enforcement vehicle which I saw recently on the Pacific coast. I've been waiting for an appropriate vehicle model to come out to make this texture. This is the NOAA Fisheries Office of Law Enforcement. Release soon hopefully; waiting for the model author to fix a few template bugs first.
