This is my 1980s New Orleans Police Dept Pack of the 1987 Ford Crown Victoria and 1989 Chevrolet Caprice. This pack feature a newly design lightbar the Smith & Wesson by the author Joseph C. and converted and els by apoundofapples. Also including the lP6000 Force 4 Lightbar and the Twin Sonic lightbar. The 1984-86 CV LTD with the twin sonic lightbar livery skin texture was created by me including the white liveries. In the 1980s NOPD police cars were all blue skins until 1984 when they change them to all white with blue textures and decals. Orleans Parish is a county but goes by parish in the state of Louisiana in my hometown New Orleans, La Before the Orleans Parish Sheriff known originally as Orleans Parish Criminal Sheriff Office in the past and was known to Sheriff Charles C Foti Jr since the 70s until 2004.
