Lol oh I'm not looking to make things better...I don't care enough to do that lol I have photoshop but it's hard to make skins without having like a 3D model to work with like in zmodeler...which I have absolutely no idea how to use and no desire to purchase lmao

In a pervious topic I showed screenshot of a crappy little fiction noose dept...I can't mod for the life of me and legit use MS Paint to create real basic textures lol...if you look at my history you can see the screenshots....would anyone even be interested in me uploading these textures for anyone else to use? Like I said, they're super basic made in MS Paint lol

Hey so I use the persistence mod to save my vehicles on the map and have sort of built a pretty nice fake dept so far and am looking for suggestions for additions. This is what I have so far.... Patrol: 8 post vehicles comprised of CVPI's and FPIU's. Also 4 Spare post vehicles consisting of the same vehicles. Command: an unmarked Tahoe for the Chief of Dept and 2 marked tahoe's for supervisor vehicles. K9: 2 marked tahoe's. Detective Squad: 2 unmarked CVPI's. Emergency Services (ESU): a marked tahoe, a marked chevy 1500, SWAT bearcat, SWAT support truck, a heavy rescue truck, and 2 small rescue/Extrication trucks. Highway Patrol: 4 marked chargers and 3 Marked tahoe's for traffic enforcement, dui/dwi Enforcement, and accident investigation. Support Division: a marked tahoe, a big mobile Command center, a Prisoner Transport van, a crime scene van, a field communications truck, and 2 marked misc vans Narcotics/Anti-Crime: an unmarked CVPI, an unmarked Camaro, an unmarked fpis, and a taxi CVPI. Fleet Services: a pickup truck, a small towtruck, and a large towtruck.

Is there any way one of you awesome people can turn this utility truck into an ELS ESU style vehicle? I don't know how to create models otherwise I'd do it.

That's what I currently use....even edited the skin in paint (amateur, I know) to make it NOOSE.

Within my roleplay I have a Fleet Bureau which consists of a small tow, a big tow, and two of the default style Sadler pickup trucks. Both tow's have amber light bars to assist when towing a broken down or crashed police car. I was wondering if someone could add amber lights to the Sadler pickup truck. I've search all over, and could not find what I am looking for. I know there are a few police style pickup trucks available but these vehicles in my game are manned by mechanics, not cops, and I don't want people to pull over for this vehicle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
