set at the moment just the pushbar i may add more in coming updates

Here are some models inspired bythe modern fleet of Mill Creek Police, WA.  This pack currently includes a 2013 FPIU, and a 2016 FPIU/S Complete with 4K skins, provided by Getinmybelly
These are meant to have accurate lighting set up, please do not review based on your opinions, but based on the quality of the models. I encourage your feedback!

I've been looking for a good CHP / SAHP Els compatible CVPI but couldn't find one I was happy with... So I edited BxBugs123's ELS CVPI to be more CHP styled. Enjoy!
 
What this file does is 4 things:
Change the rear lights in the middle of the lightbar to Amber. Change the lighting patterns to a more CHP styled pattern. Includes different CHP-ish patterns for each siren (1-3 siren 4 disabled by default) and out-of-vehicle. And includes 2k CHP based SAHP Skins.  
I spent a decent amount of time on this so I hope you enjoy it.
Do NOT redistrubute this file anywhere without my express permission in advance.
You can however freely edit these files as you see fit.

Hi! I noticed there were very limited amounts of slick top FPIUs. So I decided to make some.
 
Yeah, the glass doesn't break, and some times there's a window tint, but there is a whole lot to love.
 
Oh and these are somewhat based on Washington State's Target Zero Patrol Cars

I've simply copy pasted the blue lights over the red lights and adjusted the normal maps, then repackaged it.
 
Please respect Thehurk's wishes with regards to redistribution of this skin, as it is not my own work. To keep it simple, if you wish to redistribute this, I suggest to re-edit the skins yourself. It is very easy.

Emergency Lighting System V brings one of the most popular modifications ever created for a GTA title (ELS-IV) to Grand Theft Auto V. ELS-V will add a whole new dimension to  your patrols. − ELS provides an alternate and incredibly in-depth way of controlling emergency vehicle lights and sounds.
− ELS requires vehicle models specifically designed to make use of its features.

BASIC INSTALLATION
− A GTAV ScriptHook must be installed for any .asi modification to work. The original may be found HERE.
− Using script modifications in GTA Online can result in a temporary or permanent ban from the service.
− 1. Place ELS.asi, ELS.ini, the ELS folder, and  AdvancedHookV.dll inside your main GTA V game directory.
− 2. Download and install (a) pro-ELS vehicle model(s).
− 3. Start your game.

LowRid3Rs Police Callouts (LPC) is a callout pack that provides various hand-placed callouts.
This pack aims to add more realism to your LSPDFR experience. These callouts spawn around the San Andreas area.
 
Requirements:
- Rage Plugin Hook (RPH) version 1.86 or later
- RageNativeUI Version 1.7.0 ( included in archive )
- LSPDFR 0.4.9
- A legal copy of GTAV
 
Support Features:
- Custom/Addon Model Support ( possibility to customize the scenery with the cars / peds you want )
 
Installation:
To install, simply copy the files from the archive into your GTAV directory.
If you want to modify the Unit, Beat, Division, Jurisdiction, Action Key, Menu Key or the Backup-units Unit, Beat, Division and the callout spawn radius then
Travel to: GTAV > plugins > LSPDFR and edit LPCallouts.ini with a text editor, like Notepad++
 
If an older version of LPCallouts is installed, then please delete the LPCallouts.ini file.
You will be able to set the jurisdiction directly ingame. ( F11 default Key )

Assistance required: (Hit and Run)
Arrive on scene and assist the first responders in finding a hit and run suspect. Talk to other officers, the victim, and witnesses in order to get the information needed to make a proper arrest. Disturbance: (Noise Complaint)
A citizen has filed a noise complaint. Respond to the scene and make contact with the caller. Investigate the noise and deal with it as you see it.

Siren Mastery

Siren Mastery is a script modification that allows you to master your siren tones. Toggle to your secondary siren at the press of a key/button, silence your siren using any key/button you like and even control exactly which 'secondary' siren plays! You can be up and running with Siren Mastery within 5 minutes (installation tutorial click HERE).
Requirements - some of these are included (credits go to their appropriate authors):
Albo1125.Common 6.6.4.0 or higher (included) RAGEPluginHook 0.51 or higher (not included) NAudio 1.8.0.0 (included) A legal copy of GTA V (version 1.0.1011.1 or above). There is also a download to free up unneeded controller bindings so they can be used for Siren Mastery. Get it here.

Summary of current features (please check documentation carefully too):
Change the Siren Toggle key/button and assign it an optional modifier key/button. Change the 'lights only' toggle key/button and assign it an optional modifier key/button. This works even if your siren is off so you can control whether your siren should play before turning your lights on. New 'Toggle Secondary Siren' key/button with an optional modifier key/button. This allows you to switch to secondary sirens without having to hold down a key/button. New 'Toggle Bullhorn' key/button with an optional modifier key/button. This allows you to keep sounding your bullhorn without having to hold down a key/button. Works simultaneously with sirens. New 'Next Siren' key/button that cycles to the next siren. Can optionally include the Off state as a cycle stage. Your siren now stays on when you leave your vehicle and you don't mute it. This can be disabled from the GeneralConfig file. Determine the siren tone that should be playing. You are able to select which siren tone to play, including the ability to differentiate between secondary sirens. Additional Siren Modes Dual Siren Mode. Manual Siren Mode. Additional customisable sirens per vehicle model. Allows you to have up to TEN total sirens per vehicle model. Fully Functional and Customisable UI. Feel free to create and release your own custom UI files. The size and position of the UI can be customised via the UIConfig file. Customisable Siren Switching Tones (like Siren Switch Honker). Sirens are fully customisable per vehicle model via an XML file. A: My beta testers and I have had no problems running this, but make a back up to be safe

DALLAS POLICE 2014 TRIBUTE SKIN PACK 4K
July 7th 2016 five officers where shot and killed and 7 were wounded during a peaceful protest in Dallas Texas.   
This vehicle skin is to pay tribute to the fallen officers and their families.
These officers have given everything to serve the citizens of Dallas, and our thoughts and prayers are with their families.
