I found out about LSPDFR by watching stevethegamer on YT and a year later i got my PC and thats my start of LSPDFR

Hello guys ones again here is a skin i made of a semi realistic coast guard CVPI skin hope you guys enjoy it is a simple one but nice in my opinion i used Bxbuggs123 CVPI ill post a link of the car but im sure you guys can use different CVPI
