techgamer15 reacted to Sam for a file, LSPD First ResponseIf you are installing LSPDFR 0.4 for the first time, we strongly recommend that you do so on a clean copy of Grand Theft Auto V without any other mods or plugins.
LSPDFR 0.4 brings sweeping changes which have been implemented over a number of years and is the latest major version of LSPDFR, released in December 2018. LSPDFR turns the world of GTA V upside down, giving you the power to enforce the law as you see fit.

techgamer15 reacted to BlockBa5her for a file, LSPDFR EnhancerWelcome to the full release of LSPDFR Enhancer. I, BlockBa5her, have made this tool free for the community part because I like coding and part because I needed something like this in LSPDFR. It is a general trainer but has features that help you in day to day LSPDFR. Such as changing your character model to a Police officer on the spot. I have put many hours into development and I hope you enjoy this. If you have any suggestions to add to this, please feel free to put in the comments...

techgamer15 reacted to HazyTube for a file, First CalloutsIntroduction
This plugin adds callouts to the LSPDFR plugin. You can find a list of currently available callouts below.
It also comes with a feature to repair any vehicle with a dead engine.
Features
- Adds 6 callouts to the LSPDFR plugin.
- Repair any vehicle's engine if it's broken.
- A Quick Panic Button to quickly tell dispatch you're in trouble! Press the key 3 times.
- A lot of customization in the included .ini file.
Using the plugin
The callouts will appear randomly while you are on duty. You can also start a callout by typing “StartCallout (Callout Name here)” without the quotes and brackets in the RPH console.
If you are near a vehicle with a dead engine, a help box will appear in the upper left corner of your screen. Stand in front of the vehicle (Or wherever the engine and hood is) and press T by default to repair the engine. There is a 50% chance that the repair will be successful.
Installation
Drag and drop everything inside the “Grand Theft Auto V” folder to your main GTA V directory.
Default GTA V directory locations:
Steam:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\
Retail:
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\

Bugs and Support
If you would like to report a bug or ask for support, you can post it in the comments section below. Please don't ask for support in the reviews section.
I also have a discord server where you can report bugs and ask for support. I recommend joining the server, I will most likely respond faster and there are also other people that can help you.

Known bugs
If a bug is in this list, I am working on fixing it. If you have encountered a bug but it isn't in this list, I most likely don't know about it.
- There are some performance issues due to some features. I am working on this. If you are really experiencing severe FPS loss due to First Callouts, you can disable the vehicle repair feature. This will improve the performance a little bit.
- A rare crash in the gang shootout callout. You can disable the callout in the .ini file, or if you're living on the edge keep it enabled, it might crash.

techgamer15 reacted to Cheep for a file, CheepCalloutsCheepCallouts
is a very original name for callouts made by me, Cheep.
CheepCallouts is a callout pack, that extends your use of LSPDFR and gives you the opportunity, to catch all criminals of Los Santos.
The callout pack is currently not supported for LSPDFR 0.4 and above!
I will be broadcoasting me coding and testing the new version on my Twitch-Channel (twitch.cheep-yt.com or cheep_yt) on the weekends. You can also submit ideas to me while streaming. CheepCallouts will become open source.
Follow me on Twitter (@YtCheep) for updates.
If you have any ideas, please leave a comment.
The newest version is 1.3.12.6 --> 1.3.21.9 <--
Before downloading this callout pack, please take a look into the Known Bugs-section, and be aware of those problems.
For immediate support contact me on Twitter (twitter.cheep-yt.com or @YtCheep).
Also thanks to @Sebo for bringing up the Update Checking Reference on LCPDFR
Currently there are 20 available situations.
There may apear more, if you are using Callout Manager.
This is because the code contains more, but these callouts
are not registered and cannot be started yet.

techgamer15 got a reaction from maxuser8991 for a file, Basic Callouts (Trespassing, 911 Abuse, Assault with Firearm...)This callout pack aims to bring more realism in terms of what police officers deal with on a daily basis; it's not always just shootouts and police pursuits, but rather incidents such as people acting suspiciously, and investigating people's actions.
Feel free to edit the .ini file to configure what callouts you want the game to spawn.
Overall, I hope you enjoy, and please leave a comment/review saying your opinion about any feature, and what needs to be improved/added. I'm trying to base callouts off of ones that haven't been added by other callout packs from my own knowledge, and if there are any that are similar, I will try and vary the context and the outcome to make it more diverse.

techgamer15 reacted to PNWParksFan for a file, Police TapeIt's Los Santos... people get shot, people get run over, things catch fire... and it's usually all your fault. Eventually, you need to do something to keep nosy bystanders out of your business. Ever wished you could quickly close off a freeway so no cars can get by? Ever wanted to block off the scene of a dead body so that curious pedestrians couldn't tell who exactly shot them? Perhaps you just want to peacefully do some construction work, but oblivious drivers keep driving into your work zone. Or maybe you're fighting a fire, and need to stop rubberneckers from wandering into harm's way.
No matter what you do in Los Santos, Police Tape is here to keep everyone else out of your way.
Featuring dynamic tape with cloth physics that blows in the wind
Aim-and-click tape and barrier placement lets you attach tape to any surface
Built-in advanced traffic control stops even the stupidest San Andreas drivers
Ped path blocking prevents most ambient peds from crossing police lines, while allowing backup, medics, coroners, and suspects to keep going
Full API lets plugin and callout creators add tape to their own scenes
Tape import/export system lets you save your tape and include saved tape scenes in callouts
Tape management menu to delete individual strands of tape and manage traffic control
Customize your tape texture to get different text or patterns
LML support to install scripts and police tape model files, DLC option if you prefer
Join the Parks Benefactor Program to join my exclusive Discord server and get early access to mod updates and new mods like this one! Special thanks to all the members of the Parks Benefactor Program who helped make the development of this mod possible! KNOWN ISSUE: The tape sometimes droops through the ground, especially when there is not much wind or with longer pieces of tape. User more barriers and shorter pieces of tape to help reduce this effect. This is due to the limitations of what cloth physics can do in zmodeler/GTA V. Version 2.0 adds static tape models which do not sag as an option. You can choose for each strand whether to use static or dynamic tape.
KNOWN ISSUE: If you are having issues with changing the keybindings in the INI not taking effect in the game, add a single blank line at the top of your INI file.
KNOWN ISSUE: You may need to install a modified gameconfig.xml, depending on your version of GTA V. If you already have a modified gameconfig.xml to support add-on vehicles, you should be OK. If you haven't before and your game crashes on startup after installing Police Tape, you need to install a custom gameconfig. You can use the following LML package to install a compatible Gameconfig file:

techgamer15 got a reaction from redoper for a file, Basic Callouts (Trespassing, 911 Abuse, Assault with Firearm...)This callout pack aims to bring more realism in terms of what police officers deal with on a daily basis; it's not always just shootouts and police pursuits, but rather incidents such as people acting suspiciously, and investigating people's actions.
