Hey trewq34, could you also help me make a 2010 Charger one?

So, this will be my first desktop computer I will be getting ever, but I don't know what to get. The computer I want it to be is an Asus, with Nvidia. It has to be a gaming computer, with at least 8gb of Memory or 16 no higher. The computer has to be already built. I don't know how to build a computer. EDIT: It has to be windows 7 too! So every time I launch GTA IV on Steam it gives me this error: http://puu.sh/65hEl.png Even though I do have service pack 1: http://puu.sh/65hIF.png But, when I launch GTA IV on the GTA IV Folder, it runs perfectly fine. It doesn't give me any errors. But, the problem with playing in the folder is that I can't take screenshots. Any Ideas? <Thank you very much for your support if you replied.>
