    Like I said, the light bar you are using probably needs to be merged. File > Merge > (.z3d file) > Click "All" > Merge button.

    Not yet. I do have a fresh back up. I will try that and I will get back to you in a little bit. Okay, I just got a fresh GTA IV up and I used all settings of the ENB, but it's still happening the same thing.
