I had to do a system restore last night on my computer because of windows updates that were applied 7-18-2012 started to play and normally hit about 55 fps was only getting 29 try a system restore to an earlier date bet that fixes it, cause it did mine, hope the best for ya

He's new here, 1st post, no reason to be rude to the guy lol You need to download ELS, google Gta iv ELS I would recommend using Version 5 of ELS less problems, google Gta iv ELS V5 download, and you will find it, and it comes with a readme just read over it and is very easy to install hope that helps!

Hit your tidle ~ key upper left corner of your keyboard and type reload scripts this happens sometimes just a bug but nothing to worry about after typing reload scripts hit the ~ key again and left Ctrl p to force duty get back in car and have some more fun, my suggestion hope it helps!
