I have to say simply amazing! And yes it works with the Snow mod also, freakin epic, aripearlman, if your running TBOGT make sure you put the paths file in the TBOGT pc ect tells you in the readme, hope that helps, and I was still running 55 56 FPS like I normally do!!!

You need to adjust the settings in the ELS config file can't remember exactly how I did it, you just have to play with it but thats what you need to do :) Can't remember if you turn the values up or down but its not hard, hope this helps! Make sure that your gta iv folders aren't read only, try lowering your graphic settings, and what are your system specs?

I would say try Xpadder not sure if that would fix your problem because i'm still old school and use mouse and keyboard!
