well, maybe even in next update, but when this update will be released idk plans for update : 1. interior equipment 2. make console button more quitaly 3. fix the front door trim geometry, replace rear seats with accurate one 3. improve lightbar And about ELS, if it's will be added, i will keep both version : ELS non-ELS because, personally, i don't want to use only traffic division fpiu (with push bumper), or non traffic division (without pushbumper) only, but install it to different slots not good solution for me. Too many fpius, lol My dream is full LAPD Pack. And in the pack will be included 2 FPIU's : 2014 and 2016, FPIS (unmarked, slicktop, regular patrol car), cvpi, charger (2014) But this is need a lot of time...

well, hopefully "finished" the update but not all planned things was added yet such as lightbar modules repositions to more accurate positions, and I was wanted to improve the central console i hope to add this in next update also, need to fix emessive buttons (when using radiance too bright), but after biker update rockstar did something with shader and i'm not sure if it's fixeble yet

yeah, too many projects... well, LAPD version of 2016 FPIU and FPIS i think, because"base" model will be updated like with 2014 FPIU, after the year of starting this project, i still think it's need some improvents, but i think model is already 85% (i mean 2014 LAPD FPIU), because still need add interior equipment and rework some interior parts. But exterior i think is very accurate, especially in latest update, which one i hope to release today-tomorrow

How can you tell the difference in code in .ymt for peds?
what video you talking about? i think ymt editting still need a lot of research, because too many values just a hashes, and you can't convert it to actual info

no, it's has lowest priority my priority : finish the fpiu,parallel work on 2016, finishing work with modelling for FPIS and GMC Savana, initial model release of fpis or gmc savana coroner, with parallel work on dodge 4500 lafd ambulance, something like this but also i'm working on 2016 fpiu @Flak get some updates for 2016 fpiu, better then nothing, though still a lot of work, but i'm reworking model using blueprient to make it accurate as close as possible because Humster3d.com don't care about geometry of model, they just want grab you money, as many as they can.

and? everyday a lot of modders release their mods i just wanna say that my projects only for people who care about accuracy of model, i'm not trying to release a lot of version of the same quality vehicles like other because i don't see any reason for this.

Good news! got the lods working for Santa Monica Pier Sign, so it's will be included in next update! Also today was added new shaders to Zmodeler3, so, now we able to make Beverly Hills Sign. 3d model of sign in development :) UPD. 2 some progress at modelling

Just a fact, no any of this Agencies (LAPD, LASD, CHP) don't use 2015 Tahoe's, but some another Californian Agency like VCSO use it Maybe better will be make the skin based on Ventura County for Blain County Sheriff, if you working with lore friendly version only
