This is a concept pack I build to showcase a few sirensettings I made within the carcols. Enough people enjoyed them when showcasing them in my discord that I polished them up and made them available for release. It's also a revamp from my first ever modding project back when I first gave GTAV modding a go. Available with a variety of light bars and in two colour tones for different departments. 
I made these with what I had, they are NOT accurate!

Got another LSFD texture pack. This pack is smaller than my others but will be expanded as well over time. Vehicle skins from medic4523's Fire & EMS Pack are included, as downcoldkiller's Pierce Arrow, Ford F-550 Ambulance & Rescue Medic, and Fire Tahoes.

I try to fix those but sometimes it still happens. Go into vehicles.metafind the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

I stumbled across this scheme a while ago and really liked the yellow and blue and white. I think I have this pack correct now and for those who are missing the black and white skins that were wrongfully included in this pack keep your eyes open for that pack in the coming days. Hope everyone enjoys still! This pack has some stealth skins and some supervisor skins to hopefully appease more people and to give even more variety overall. As usual this pack may be updated with more models once those models are out and whether or not they are worth putting the skins on. Otherwise please enjoy this pack and have fun. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use, then importing all the skins for the corresponding vehicle then save. Because the templates don't really change, skins can be applied to basically any pack of your choice so long as the base models used are the same as the ones I have used. I created my FHP forum post almost two years ago, I was very hesitant to release anything as I was in fear of a less than pleasant response to the models provided. I've put a lot of work into the accuracy to detail for these cars, they're about as accurate as I could possibly make them for a video game. After two years, I think a few of these are ready for release. If I receive a positive response then hey, maybe i'll throw out some Tahoes and CVPI's! Hopefully this pack may encourage a few of you to actually update ragehook and make your game playable again. Yes, I know. It's dreadful.
 
There are four dodge chargers included in this pack, they're more modern than they are older as most of them are 2016+.
 
I do have plans to add the newer all blue Code3 Pursuit Chargers as well as the older chargers with the previous gen. Javelin Lightbars. I don't have a timeline for when those will be added.

        The sirensettings is 1, so change the .metas accordingly, if you need to(Probably won't at this point)
 
To edit handling for the tahoe:

Go to the necessary vehicles.meta, and change the handling id of the slot your using for the tahoe. Replace the handling id with "baller" or "baller2"
