    Alright i got it fixed, the thing was you cant have the winrar still on your pc after installing the DLC.

    @varicaII did want to clarify one final thing, now I still got the error but I was able to bypass it by dragging and dropping the dlc.rpf from the winrar in a folder on my PC; I then created a new dlc folder in dlcpacks with the same name as this one. then i dragged and dropped the one in the folder to the new dlc and I was able to open it from there. I just wanted to let you know that as that is what my experience was downloading this, not saying there is anything wrong with the cars but just that error above alone. 👍

    @varicaI i was trying to use your pack when i went to check what is in the dlc i got this error, it happened when i dragged and dropped it into dlcpacks and i did nothing else to it. if you can fix this that would be great. thank you.

    Right, but for me it doesn't work period. I remember it worked once back In 2016 on a default ped I remember unholstering and holstering once and after that it just stopped working all together. Out of any GTA error Ive solved this is the most baffling.
