Were I live is right near the county border of Orange and Osceola in Florida, so I'm outside of of city limits. I mostly see Sheriffs driving around but only when school's out around 3:00pm and state troopers sometimes. Not much goes on around my area so they are barely seen, maybe fridays when the street racers group up to showcase their midget pos hondas and try to run and fail miserably at it. If I would drive down to either of the two cities I live by. Its Kissimmee,FL and Orlando,FL. I saw a thread like this a couple of days ago where I posted a solution to permanently remove dirt textures. If you want to remove dirt texture permanently and not worry about your car been filthy, right click the image below, save to desktop. After you do that just go into your vehicle.img, find the vehicle of your choice and open it. Then replace the dirt texture with the image provided. this way you wont have to worry about dirt forever. just do this to every modded emergency vehicle you have and they will be clean like a baby's bottom every time they roll C3 down the streets. Image is a 1024x1024. Some vehicles like for example, gfxle's cars use 512x512 dirt texture. Simply by using paint, create a 512x512 image and paint it black,save and import to your vehicle.img/"vehicle of choice":

Im not a LEO. don't be fooled by my forum name because several people asked me if Im an officer because of it. I'm right now 22 and looking to go into the academy hopefully beginning of 2013. If not then mid-October of 2013. If qualified and successfully completed the academy then I'm looking to join up with either Orlando Police, Kissimmee Police, or Osceola County Sheriff, All located here in Florida. I'm also thinking of going for Toronto Police Services because I love Canada..... and Canadians :) lol but honestly TPS because I always wanted to live in Canada but somewhere that doesn't require French as a primary language since I don't speak french. Just fluent English and Spanish.........and cuz I love Canada lol

If you want to permanently remove dirt from your modded cars then use a black texture and import it to your dirt texture. heres how.. Using paint.net or photoshop or which ever program you choose. make a 1024x1024 picture and color it black. Then using sparkIV import that picture into the file that is called ( *_Dirt ) the {{ * = Vehicle }} . So if you are using a Crown Victoria, then it would be something like [ cvpi_dirt ], or if a tahoe it whould be like [ tahoe_dirt ] or if you are using some of the vehicles from this website, then it would be [ paintjob_dirt ]. I recommend you to use sparkIV because you can use it for the rim dirt and emerglights_dirt too. SparkIV will automatically resize it from 1024x to 512x or whatever size it is. This trick will permanently remove the dirt texture from your cars and you wont have to worry about filthy cars. clean sparkly washed cars 24/7

Well its about time this baby comes to IV. By far one of my favorite lightbars for SA finally coming to IV. Thanks for the conversion Austin. +1 . Is it just the lightbar that you are releasing or are you releasing a Police packaged car? if it's just the lightbar then I cant wait to see it been used. :D -
I had GTAIV for the 360. I bought IV for PC after I saw a video on YouTube of someone playing with PPM. I discovered LCPD:FR mod when Asuna, who at the time was a member at GPM and also a LCPDFR.com tech support staff, he posted a video of a pursuit with voiceover from members who volunteer to do voice acting. That is when I ditched PPM and never went or looked back at it. Been playing lcpdfr for about a year or two now.

I would recommend that you try the the unmarked cars by Cj24. He has a bunch of them over at his dl page. They are excellent HQ models, about 1mb or 2 on file size and are not overloaded with useless interior detail eye candy stuff like every other model out there have such as cups, doughnuts, seatbelts, dogs, hats, trunk misc. accessories and stuff. Here are a few: - you might have to change the rear amber light to red on this one - no rear deck lights on this one. - This one has front window and grill lights and rear two rear window lights. - same as above but with an advisory bar. there are a couple with an UVL Interior LED lightbar with grill lights but it might not be what you're looking for there are a couple of non els unmarked ones too if you wish to use some non els cars.

I've played with them both and I'm constantly switching and can't decide which one I like better. Thanks. You two should release the sirens. Very well done and I'm sure those who love Code3 products would love this sirens as well. :thumbsup:

Hey guys. I'm looking for a Code3 Mastercom B Siren with Hyper-Lo tone. I know there are a shitload of C3 Master sirens out there but they all have the Hyper Yelp tone instead of Hyper-Lo. I've searched and downloaded every siren uploaded, from Lcpdfr.com to gtapolicemods.com and every single one of them don't have hyper-lo. I've searched YouTube and found one video with the Mastercom b siren I am looking for but the video does not have a link. I sent a comment to the Uploader a while back and he never wrote back. Ah nvm.. I got it to work.Using OpenIV, I opened Componentpeds.img and exported the model to open format (.odd or something like that), Copied the Lower_diff_u_000 or whatever it is called to Lower_diff_u_001 or something like that. imported the open format back into Componentpeds.img and now it works like a charm. Although I had to remove the coat now since the pants where clipping through the coat, overall It works great now. I pretty much did what Cp702 mentioned in this thread . Huge facepalm to the face after I fixed it. I really don't know why I didn't think of this at first since I released peds months ago doing this same exact thing. But anyways thanks St Kizza and Aussie for your support. For anyone who experiences this exact same issue in the future with any model, I suggest looking at the link above for a work around. Easy to fix if you know what you are doing. :) Moderators, You may close this thread now please. My issue has been solved. :)

Hi guys.. and girls if any.. I need a small bit of help here. I installed Policeman456's Female Cops 1.0 by JIverson found here on this site but i'm seen the AI walk around with invisible waists. Basically what the models are doing is loading the pants that belong with the coat and placing it with the short sleeves,coat upper body parts. I installed it according to what the readme and the description says, I tried to change some valuables, copied the lines from the m_y_cop to fix it but cant get the AI ped models to have the other set of pants. So any help on how to fix this little issue would be appreciated. Below I added two pictures, One is the AI with the invisible waist and the other is my player after using SNT to fix my character's invisible waist. Any help or suggestions??

Orange County Sheriff Office, FL fleet V2 By Kpdofficer NOTE: Not much can be said about this skin pack. I've decided to update the whole skin pack from scratch and add new vehicles. I am aware that OCSO does not drive some of this vehicles but I thought some of you might want to try them out anyways. There were some others but were exclusive to BCRPG but they removed their GTAIV downloads section. The rest you can find them at the link above.
