Here we have the new 2023 tesla model Y
 
This vehicle certainly has a functional over prety athsteic when it comes to the lights. 
Ive decided to base the lights on a UK police force who is running these teslas IRL. 
They claim to be using so many small globe lights to conserve electricity over standard multi led lights which i guess makes sense. But it certainly does give a interesing look 😂
 
It does have a fully mapped exterior with template provided. 
 
as per-ususal, I have mapped out each individual light onto a single texture which can be edited to your hearts desire. Just simply use the pre scaled textures provided or make your own. I have included both a Red & Blue version and a Blue & Blue version.

I have created Quebec's famous Protection de la Faune skin for this amazing Pickup.
This is my first release and also a Skin I made when I was bored and tought to myself I could share it since I think there's not a lot of them out there.
 
There should be no problems with the vehicle itself. I have tested and it works for me.
 

This fixes the rollover problem when installing the off road Tahoe.

Happy September all! I thought I'd drop by and release another little pack. A lovely blue department pack, perfectly built for Paleto Bay. Lighting and visibility for the dark country roads, fast Charger's to catch speeders on the highways and of course, some off-road vehicles for the forest.
 
This mini-pack contains the following vehicles and their spawn names:

We all know the classic Whelen Ion, a fan favorite light that can be used pretty freely across any build. From grill and license plate lights to ruse of running-boards and spoilers, the Ion is by far one of the most versatile lights out there. 
 
However, something that has always annoyed me is the fact that nobody has made a high-quality LINEAR series (being the model that can not only do dual-color, but also tri-color, and not as a split LED), let alone for free... Well, I've spent the better part of the past couple days making one, and now I'm sharing it with all of you. While this model is by no means perfect yet, it is more than adequate for any builds you may decide to use it on. Does this mean I am stopping here? No, I will continuously be updating this model with minor tweaks until it resembles the IRL counterpart as closely as possible.
 
So, with that, I present to you my Whelen ION TRIOTM Series Linear-LED Universal Light. I hope you all enjoy. Credits found in download. This model currently consists of unique emissive for all 3 colors, i.e. each color's focal points are different from one another, since they are controlled from different diodes, replicating how the real light works. Currently, only Red/White/Blue are included/supported (unless you go edit and change the colors in the texture file). But anyways, I'm done with my rambling, I hope you all enjoy. Please let me know what you think and if you find any issues. 
 
This model has been scaled and positioned to seamlessly mesh with CEO's ION.

This took me several hours and a lot of Eye Strain to create authentic reflective patterns.
 
Update:
I will be releasing an updated chevron pack. The new pack will contain many chevrons for Law Enforcement, Fire, and EMS vehicles. The updated version will contain my recreation of the iconic 3M Reflective texture instead of the Hexagonal texture already present (Looks dumb, let's face it lmao).
A release date is not certain, however I am shooting for Q3 2025.

This is a simple script that is based on ragehook to make cars move over when only having your emergency lights running not your siren
no keys because it works as a standalone script what I basically mean is it doesn't need any user interaction it does everything by itself
I am trying to enhance the "default" without script behavior so the pullover behavior or "move over" behavior is improved because to be honest when I play the game every time I get to a crowded area in gta v I keep crashing into people because they don't move over correctly.
So I guess the gist of what I am trying to say is be respectful, don't say the obvious everyone knows this works without a script by default in gta v.

extract the dll file from the zip file using 7-zip or winrar or whatever and then copy the dll file to your plugins folder to here C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\general\Grand Theft Auto V\plugins and that is where you place the dll file to make this script work If you have your game on any other drive replace the C:\ part with your drive you have the game on. Due to using Max Obfuscation Settings inside the .Net Framework Obfuscator that is used to protect copyrighted logic & such inside the software/plugin, it is likely a antivirus might see the obfuscation and several other obfuscation settings like anti-tamper/anti debug/etc that are used to further protect and prevent copyright infringement of the software/plugin as a False Positive.
To Date as of 8/23/2023 there has only been one lesser known antivirus named "Ikarus" that has even thought this plugin is a virus/trojan which it is not and is only due to the extreme protection settings set in the .Net Framework Obfuscator used to protect the software/plugin that causes this.

Finally decided to do a pack, probably won't happen again for a long time idk.

Kuchera Callouts is designed to be a highly replayable LSPDFR callout pack, allowing players to build upon the provided scenarios and use other modifications to further enhance scenes, investigations, and day-to-day police work. This callout pack offers a range of high-intensity calls that will have players seeking cover, as well as regular day-to-day calls that a typical police officer might encounter. Some callouts might seem high-intensity upon response, only for players to later discover that the suspects have already fled the scene. Customization options are available, letting players edit the included .ini file to modify police vehicle models, peds, and callout activation.
 
Two Versions
Base - No other mods or callouts required, perfect for a more vanilla experience. Callout Interface [new] - You will need to download and install callout interface  first, in order for this callout pack to work.

Key Features
Replay Factor - This callout pack has a vast number of coordinates and potential outcomes to ensure replayability. Every situation can end differently; even when you believe a situation is resolved, the suspect might surprise you. Enhanced Interactions [new] - Instead of having players repeatedly press the 'Y' button to progress through a memorized chat dialog, I've incorporated a range of randomized one-liners that suspects might say upon your arrival. These give hints on how to navigate each situation. While your imagination will guide your investigations, I recommend using this callout pack alongside other LSPDFR mods like Stop The Ped and Ultimate Backup. Although they're not mandatory, they enhance the experience. Note: This pack doesn't spoon-feed you with dialogues on how to manage situations - that's up to you. For instance, if you see someone walking away from an accident scene, it's intentional. Suspect and Vehicle Items - Specific callouts may have items added to the suspect or vehicle inventory to guide your police action (e.g., burglary tools for silent alarms, drug paraphernalia for drug related calls, fake police badges for police impersonation calls). Always be alert; some suspects might carry weapons, like knives or broken bottles Realistic Calls - I have included a number of more "realistic" day to day calls that a police officer may respond to. Note, these calls can still lead to some hectic situations. Location Based Calls - You will only receive calls that are designated for your style of patrol. (patrolling the county will get you county calls, patrolling the city will get you city calls, etc). In addition, a number of the callouts will take you down into parking garages, alleyways, and nooks that you never knew existed in GTA.
