You should be able to go into ''Vehicle Spawning'' and at the bottom there should be something like ''Spawn Vehicle by Model name'' and then you just type ''police5'' for example and hit enter and it should spawn.

Thats becuse the CVPI and K9 Tahoe in Captain14's pack is add-on cars, meaning you will have to spawn them through a Trainer.

You press and hold E to make them lay down. Arrest Manager let's you request Prisoner Transport.

You need to spawn police 5-7 and sheriff3 through your trainer.

You will need to change police4's carvariations value to 13.

Install the CVPI under x64e in your mods folder. It should work fine then.

Looks good but i dislike the rambar and mirror lights.
