I think I have a pretty good computer but it is a little old. My specs are below

I am getting about 10FPS and at good times max 15FPS, I think I should be getting closer to 30FPS right? 

How can I increase it, My post FX is very high for my lights but everything else (other graphics settings) are normal.

Hopefully soon I am planning on getting an SSD, what brand do you recommend for best performance?

It's a HP laptop.

Don't expect to get good performance with a HP laptop.

To be honest, it surprises me that you get 15 FPS. Also, an SSD will not improve your performance. It will only make the game load up faster.

Getting a SSD will not give you more FPS it will just load thing's faster.

Well, first of all HP doesn't make computers axed towards gaming, but more about usual tasks a computer can do. Second, I had HP computers in the past, and holy damn they are crappy.

I am selling it to buy a custom gaming tower, just in the meantime i want to get some good gameplay out of it. Thanks for you response
