  1. GTA IV LCPDFR 1.0D | New Westminster Police-Shootout+Pursuit?!
  2. Great budget build! You'll run around 30-40FPS on medium/high settings @ 1080P with mods and CRYEnb. If you need any help with performance or setting up the game, feel free to message me because I used to run the same setup. Good luck!
  3. I suggest you go for a 750 Ti 2GB or 270X instead. The 750 Ti is capable of 30-40 fps on medium/high settings at 1080p with mods and an ENB so its not bad for the budget.
  4. Hello everyone, just wanted to post some of my recent patrol videos and hopefully if you find them slightly okay, it would be amazing to drop a like and sub for more :) Also any feedback/recommendations are always preferred! Thank you! GTA IV LCPDFR 1.0D | Unmarked CVPI-Alleyway Ambush!
  5. And also add a description about mods you use, FAQs etc. Would be helpful :)
  6. Re install windows and re install all drivers plus updates. Check your temperatures, maybe something is seated properly and clean out any dust in your case with compressed air/q tip.
  7. In terms of recording, the best imo is Nvidia Shadowplay but that's only if you have a GPU that supports it. If you dont, Action! is also great but you will NOT be able to record games with ENB as some files interfere with it in some cases, that includes GTA 4. If you do run an ENB, either remove it or just fraps/bandicam although they arent that great due to low quality or very very large file sizes (fraps).
  8. Honestly, I rather them take a bit more time to polish the game and optimize it more so we can have a richer and smoother experience. At least it wont end up like GTA IV PC performance. Only thing that bums me is how they tell us a 3 weeks before the actual release :(
  9. You'll max out with around 50ish to 60 FPS with CRYENB v3 and other mods. Just keep in mind that GTA IV is a pre bad PC port so make sure you configure everything first.
  10. Have you tried RealityIV 2.0? Great timecyc that imo doesnt drop a lot of FPS (around 5fps lost)and if you want I can upload a custom visualsettings.dat to make the lights very pretty :)
  11. Do you run an ENB? If you do, press the * key on your numpad and very little numbers should pop up in your top left hand corner. If not I use either shadowplay (gotta configure it)or bandicam.
  12. With my current rig, a Asus 760, FX-6300 OC @ 4.3Ghz, 8GB RAM, 7200RPM 1TB HDD, I get about 40-50FPS @ 1080p with LCPDFR, CRYEnb v3, ELS V8 police car pack and about 7-10 other mods such as trafficflow, braveheart, etc on Max-high settings.
  13. Yeah what ninja said, dont go for such a expensive mobo. There are many better one out there that look nice with higher build quality. Look at Asus or Asrock. MSI is eh eh on quality so go for those 2 brands. Also I dont suggest you get 2x770's and grab a 970/980 instead depending on your budget. For CPU cooler, get the 212 EVO instead. HDD and SSD, i would recommend getting a different HDD as 5400RPM is pretty slow. Grab a Seagate ST2000DM001 instead (2TB). As for OS, waste of money imo for ultimate but your choice. Other then that, solid build!
  14. If you want a significant change, I would suggest you buy a new corsair 430Watt for around 20-30 bucks depending on where you are and buy a GTX 750Ti 2GB model. Much better then the 6xxx series of the AMD as those a very outdated GPUs to todays current gen.
  15. I would suggest a different motherboard and a better GPU. (The newest link shows a 750Ti). Just to point out if you want to get a x2 970 or even a single one, grab a 4k monitor too as there is no need then for such a powerful GPU as its overkill for 1080p gaming.
  16. Hello, i would be extremely grateful if someone could quickly put together a skin for me on any crown vic police. The police force is Kern County Sheriff and below are links to pictures. Appreciate everyone for helping if you can :) '' target='_blank'>> '' target='_blank'>>
  17. What is your price budget and country? I'll put together a build on pcpartpicker as that'll be much easier for you as it shows cheapest prices and total costs. That is if you like. For your build now, I would almost for sure change that GPU as it won't keep up to todays generation of games if you are playing at 1080P. As for a GTX 970, amazing card if you have the money for it ($350USD with free game)but would used more for higher then 1080 gaming but still really good for its price as you can futureproof it a bit longer.
  18. Defiantly go for a new GPU. I would suggest, if you arent willing to shell out a lot of money, the GTX 760. Either the Asus DirectCU 2GB GTX760 or the EVGA SC GTX760. Both are great cards but the EVGA comes with slightly higher clock speeds. They go for about 200$ but you can probably find one for cheaper right now. 600 watt is fine for running a 760. With my current rig, a Asus 760, FX-6300 OC @ 4.3Ghz, 8GB RAM, 7200RPM 1TB HDD, I get about 40-55FPS @ 1080p with LCPDFR, CRYEnb v3, ELS V8 police car pack and about 7-10 other mods such as trafficflow, braveheart, etc on Max-high settings.
  19. I acknowledge your ASUS mobo request but HIGHLY recommend getting either MSI z97-Gaming 7 or Gigabyte z97x-Gaming 7 because- 1- Onboard Audio: If you are gonna use the onboard audio solution these MSI and Gigabyte use tad better components than their rivals this time around. Most of the boards, even the Asus ROG boards employ Realtek ALC1150 codec (don't believe the gimmicky Asus marketing here, they just love to rename things in a very cool way.) and also pcb seperation, emi shielding etc.... But MSI and Gigabyte Gaming series employs nichicon caps which are the exact same caps that are used on studio-grade audio solutions. In terms of snr these are currently the best ones after Gigabyte G1 sniper which actually has quad core Creative sound processor. 2- VRM department quality: One might say it's not that important anymore, since the vrm load is now shared with cpu. Well it's true at some point. We don't need some overkill vrms anymore to do badass overclocks. But the vrm still matters. Good vrm runs cooler, more efficient and makes your overclock more stable in the long-term. Here MSI and Gigabyte Gaming 7 boards are outperform even the more expensive ROG boards like HERO. Gigabyte Gaming 7 has 8 true phases digitally controlled by IR 3563B. Mosfets are some decent powerpaks from Vishay. 8 of them. Each should be around 30A@6.5W. I don't know much about inductors (8 of them) they use since Gigabyte tend not to give that info out. But they are probably not 60A, but also not less than 40A. MSI Gaming 7 offers tad more output with a bit more costly and hard to build vrm. It's 6 true phases digitally controlled by Intersil 6388 but doubled to 12 with doubler drivers. On the paper one might say 8 true phase design without doubler is better. But that depends, and you'll see why. There are 12 powerpak mosfets from nikos and each roughly can do around 39A@6.5V. Also 12 chokes (inductors) rated at 60amp. The difference is very minor though and it won't effect the overclock potential for sure. But more mosfet count means that less load and less heat, better heat dissipation. Also MSI's design is a bit more costly and harder to apply. Still Gigabyte's 8 true phase pwm design is tad more efficient in the first place. So on the paper they are pretty much equal. ASUS wise, hands down the ASUS MAXIMUS VII HERO LGA 1150 Z97 Mobo due to its overlocking abilities but it is on the expensive side. The best out of those you listed, I would go for the Z97PRO. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! Hope this helps Cheers!
  20. I have made a dedicated song to 5 YEARS OF LCPDFR!! Enjoy! Thank you very much for all the hard work LCPDFR Staff! Its been an amazing journey!
  21. Yep, it should work fine but GTA 4 pretty poorly coded : What CPU do you have as GTA IV is a CPU hog.
  22. Predicted requirements by Game-debate: http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=17084&game=Assassins%20Creed:%20Unity
  23. yeah, you would have to change cases. A 760 works fine in my case but GTA 4 is pretty troll.
  24. Yep the model is corrupted. Replace your vehicles.img with a original backup.
