I'm in the same boat as gods10rules.  In fact, almost the same exact laptop.  For giggles, I installed GTA V knowing it wouldn't really support GTA V and to confirm... GTA V is pretty horrendous.  Everything about it is just slow and the graphics are pretty pixelated.

It seems like as of late gaming laptops are quickly closing the gap with gaming PCs, but in the long run PCs will always come out on top; they can support hardware upgrades, they don't run as hot as laptops since the equipment has room to cool and support larger, powerful components amongst other pros of gaming PCs.

gods10rules - The suggestions for desktop gaming PCs is endless really, especially when you can build your own machine.  (How cool of an idea is that?!  You can spec out and build your own PC and chances are good that this would be even cheaper than buying a pre-made PC.  If you haven't found the answer you're looking for yet, here is a link that might be helpful:  http://www.tomsguide.com/us/best-gaming-pc,review-2219.html  I also echo the suggestion of setting a budget as prices will vary greatly depending on what you want.

Let us know what you decided on getting!  Good luck!

The recommended requirements for GTA V would be a good place to start.

I could write something like this up but I've got too much on my list at the moment. If it's not done when I get less busy I'll happily make it reality.
I wouldn't realistically rely on something like this though as users have extremely varying experiences with windows like these (due to GPU issues, perhaps?). Some can't even see them at all, while extreme flickering is also a common issue that really reduces the appeal of having a window like this to rely on.

That is true but it could be a "fun" to have that kind of callout especially because it is very real and because airport bomb threats happens a couple of times yearly without an actual bomb being present. If you know what i mean by fun. It´s not meant to come out as if i enjoy the real life event but for the sake of roleplay and callouts in LSPDFR i think it would be quite nice to have.

Somewhat unnerving to see someone suggesting an "airport bomb threat" scenario mere hours after the real life event. Almost as though they got the idea from it :/

I love the court system aspect. My fav thing about is that it essentially gives you feedback of how well you did on the actual call (ie how many pieces of evidence you missed, and what happened to the 2nd dude that run off in the opposite direction and that you didn't catch). Second, literally adds role-play material. (ie I'm charging this guy with this, this, and that, and he'll probably get "x" amount of years).

Right click on the game in your library and click "delete local content". Once that's completed, you should see install where you would click play when going into play the game

@Albo1125 i would love see a pursuit of a stolen police vehicle, i know there is already the jail break with stolen transport van. But i think  would be interesting to either have it a call or even a random event that you could hear over the radio. Like I remember a similar scene like i'm describing in a LCPDFR video wold love to see this now in LSPDFR.
I like how the random ambient events are like real life.
