2 looks better but you need brighter lights if you going to do LCPD:FR vids.

Use OpenIV !!mandatory!! (nostupidsparkiv!) & btw the part about police3, 4 & b only, refers to the fact that cars won't pull over if there are other cars other than emergency, even if ELS enabled; & you could do that also in V6 anyway xDD

Only thing I see right now is that maybe the back is too squared? I'm not sure tho. :)

I like very much the hubcaps instead! Only thing you could edit the Ford logo to be Vapid but other than that it's good. Setup looks great & as for suggestions I'd say you could try some versions to match this made from the Pinnacle by Caine. It would be nice replacement for police2 & it differs from all-vapid fleet :)

no, just pol2, no need for config :) You can name it what you want like nuts.ini xD

Watch in tutorials section, corleone made one for this particular step.

K, btw I suggest you to make multiple copies of that file & rename it to something like pol, pol2, noose, fbi, polp, pstock, etc.. So you have more control over each single veicle :) (Don't forget to replace the config also in the main ELS.ini)

In the ELS folder edit the colour in the .ini, it's found at the end of it.
