So, after a lot of work I have finally finished my long awaited BCSO mega pack, it includes 9 vehicles with a variety of lighting, and some are slicktop some aren't. I fully redid the interior(s) from my last models, and added more LODs on the gear that weren't in my LSPD pack so I hope you guys enjoy :) It isn't based on any department so please dont get mad at me for being inaccurate, but the liveries are based on George County, Mississippi thanks Gump for his pictures on  Flickr :)

Q: WHY THE FUCK IS MY LIGHTBAR TINTED U FUCK U BROKE MY GAME KYS!!!1!1!11111!1
A: Well, for some reason on some of the vehicles, it automatically puts window tint on the vehicles, so to fix this you can just change the window tint to none, or edit your Vehicles.meta with the lines I provided. The tint on affects the 2013 tahoe and the 2015 tahoe. If I find a permanent fix, I will be sure to update it.
 
Q: Why r ur lights so shiny pls help :(
A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.
 
Q: Can you please make an ELS pack for my own personal town?
A: Not even a little sorry bb 
 
Q: How do I install X?
A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.

A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.

Welcome to something that has been in the making since I've gotten my hands on ELS, something that has taken more hours then you guys could understand. I've pulled out all the stops for this pack. I've taken all your guys' feedback on my screenshots, and I've done my best to destroy it in the realistic/quality/immersion department. I've done my best to simplify the installation of this file. For those of you who are looking for an add-on version of this pack, you're going to have to wait a little longer, as I've got barely any time to even upload this. So without further adieu, I present to you my pride and joy, the 2017 California Highway Patrol ELS mega pack, or whatever you want to call it. 

I've updated the pack to include updates to the majority of cars, an add-on version of the pack(.oiv format), and the templates that everyone has requested!

ELS USE IN GAME
=================================
When in game, the lights will work as i've designed for them to. When you exit the vehicle, the entire front of the vehicle will steady burn as it will mimic the 
CHP Traffic Stop pattern. I can't stop this from happening. 
 
When you are using any of the vehicles in this pack, and you preform a traffic stop, I HIGHLY recommend hitting alt-j to go to light stage two and hitting L to turn on the 
front of the vehicle. This; A, enhances realism and B, makes the car look really pretty. 
 
There are multiple other features that I will leave for you guys to find out with the CHP settings.

There are some things I have been unable to do with this pack and there are some things i've been able to do.
 
There is no way for me to turn off the park mode steadyburn for when you get out of the vehicle.
 
If you want to "reset" the pattern for the vehicle if some reason it becomes out of sync, simply press alt-J and then j again.

-To install any of these vehicles, Navigate to the latest patch day that you install vehicles to, I've found success with patchday10, and drag all vehicle files into the patch day

A: You do not have light-enhancing mods installed. Download RadianceV and/or, other mods that increase emergency lighting brightness.

A: I've made the main vehicles of the CHP fleet as I've seen. At this point I am Content with the 16 Vehicles.
 
Q: Will you please help me ins--
A: Did you read the readme? No? The installation is simple.
 
Q: I don't have Patchday10/anything else?
A: Then put the car in your latest patch day, or copy patchday10/anything else over from your base game into your mods folder.
 
Q: Why does my game crash after I install the car/meta/carcol?
A: Make sure you have no spaces when you copied the line, make sure you're installing it in the right location and back all your shit up.

Before i get started, please, please PLEASE don't ask me where this vehicle is, or why i didn't make this vehicle. There are 14 in this pack, please be happy with what i've 
made so far.
 
- All vehicles do have working takedowns with working spotlights
 
- All vehicles feature the same CHP setup as in real life
 
- All vehicles have accurate interior equipment
 
- All vehicles feature accurate antenna setups 
 
- K9 vehicles have a spawnable dog in the rear of the vehicle, for those of you who do or don't use a k9 mod
 
- If I haven't included a version for add-on vehicles that is in an .oiv format, then i will include one at a later date.
 
- There is approx 14 vehicles in this current phase of the pack, phase 2 will have a few more vehicles, that are the more abstract vehicles in the CHP fleet.
 
- A huge thanks to officer27 for the CHP and SAHP skins.
 
- With the large amount of vehicles in this pack, there are bound to be some issues with vehicles. Please let me know of any bugs you find and i'll do my best to fix them

So here's a two-pack of WSP inspired patrol cars for y'all. Are they entirely accurate? No, they aren't meant to be. These two have nice cruise lights, and a pretty lighting pattern, soooo suck it up.
 
Known bugs are non-breaking glass, and I'm sure about a million others. Have fun finding them.
 
BTW. Huge thanks to Slendis on this one. I pushed this out over a fairly short period of time thanks to him and a bunch of others who I'm not gonna bother listing off because, well, I did already. In the credits.

Here is the 2005-2010 Vauxhall Astra. Included in this pack is the marked IRV versions and the unmarked Q Car version. This car serves as an IRV. this was replaced by the i30 and focus however it is still in service in some areas but is rare and mostly used by safer transport teams.

Los Santos Port Authority - Harbor Patrol Division (LSPA-HPD)
All-original design for a fleet of vehicles.
 
The Los Santos Port Authority's Harbor Patrol Division is the LSPA's law-enforcement and emergency-services arm for the entirety of Elysian Island, Terminal Island, the Port of Los Santos, and their surrounding coastal areas. They also patrol the harbor itself with maritime vessels.
 
The LSPA-HPD has two subdivisions: Harbor Patrol and Fire & Rescue. Harbor Patrol handles all law-enforcement duties in the Los Santos harbor area with uniform, canine, and maritime patrols, and they patrol with the same vehicles the LSPD uses. Fire & Rescue provides emergency medical, fire, and rescue services in the Los Santos harbor area and they are responsible for everything from injuries of crew to cargo and ship fires to personnel rescue. They use mainly Chevrolet Tahoes, with the Dive Team using a specially-outfitted Ford F350 SuperDuty, and EMS using Dodge RAM 3500 ambulances.
 
The LSPA Harbor Patrol Division's livery design consists of a metallic gray-on-charcoal color scheme, a prominent stylized large LSPA logo on the sides of the vehicle, and large bold lettering all over the vehicle. Black stripes are a major feature and are on the sides and rear of the vehicles. Also featured are stylized roof markings (LAX-style). LSPA-HPD Fire Department vehicles share the same features, but are on a pearlescent blue color scheme with black bumpers. All vehicles feature reflective chevrons on the rear.
 
This design is a collection of a bunch of influences and inspirations. There's some PG County PD in there, some Australian police livery influences, a bit of NFS, a bit of European, a bit of LAPD, a bit of CHP, and a bit of personal design choices. There's some lettering in DIN, which Seattle PD uses (of course). The rest is Helvetica. The "patch" on the rear of the vehicles is original as well, just a circular patch with the seal of Los Santos and the logo of Los Santos Port Authority.

INSTALLATION
 
Using OPENIV, open the relevant vehicles.rpf (located in various locations
depending on model, refer to the model's documentation). Locate the model of
your choice (e.g. "sheriff" or "police2"), select the model's ".ytd" file and
click the "Edit mode" button. Replace the "xxxx_sign_x" texture(s) with the
texture(s) of your choice from this pack.  Save And Close the window.  Enjoy!
 
If you like/require 2K-resolution textures, scale these skins by 50% using your
favorite image editor and save as PNG.

VEKTR0creations, for the third time around, brings you a texture pack based out of Washington State. This time, it's of the Seattle Police Department, featuring both previously-released work as well as fresh, new work.
 
Included in the first part of this pack is my old textures for YCA-RE's 1999 Ford Crown Victoria and Cj24 & F5544's 2008 Ford Crown Victoria. Also included are new textures for Bxbugs123's 2011 Ford Crown Victoria, Thehurk's 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility (Explorer), and OfficerUnderwood's 2016 Ford Police Interceptor (Taurus).
 
The Lore-Friendly Update [v1.1]
The first update to this texture pack adds lore-friendly versions, though only for certain textures. The lore-friendly versions are for Bxbugs123's 2011 Ford Crown Victoria, OfficerUnderwood's 2016 Ford Police Interceptor, and Thehurk's 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility (only for the newest texture). I don't plan to make lore-friendly versions for YCA-RE's 1999 Ford Crown Victoria and Cj24's 2008 Ford Crown Victoria, as they are older models that aren't as popular anymore. It's also worth noting that I don't have the original projects for these textures, so they would need to be completely remade.
 
The Modern Update [v1.2]
The second update to this texture pack is the biggest. Starting off, I'm adding Seattle PD's newer, modern design to Bxbugs123's 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. Second, I'm adding textures for a new vehicle, the 2014 Dodge Charger by Bxbugs123 and Carperino (Fartknockr). As if that's not enough, I've also made the new designs available in 4K, in addition to the usual 2K, to help players with powerful enough rigs be able to enjoy a crisper experience.
 
This texture pack is a finished project, with NO plans to add on to it in later updates.

Here you go guys after 2 months I think of developing. A 2016 Ford Taurus Police Interceptor unlocked for the public to use! Frankly this is becoming the new Crown Victoria and there is no proper unlocked models for the public to use. So here is this. This took alot of motivation and help from the community and I would like to take a moment to thank these people for their support over the course of this development.

Bugs:
Gauge's are inaccurately calibrated, I expect you could rely on the good ole SNT Speedometer in the upper right like in IV Gauge needles are not blue, not sure how to do such? Notes:
To not overlook something I couldn't implement properly is you should add Whelen Vertex's in the headlamps! Just delete the plates in polygon mode by material selecting "vehicle_genericmud_car" material Unlocked for developmental usage, give credits as always As accurate as possible to the 2016 model year Updates might come in the near future

Hi! I noticed there were very limited amounts of slick top FPIUs. So I decided to make some.
 
Yeah, the glass doesn't break, and some times there's a window tint, but there is a whole lot to love.
 
Oh and these are somewhat based on Washington State's Target Zero Patrol Cars

MANUAL INSTALLATION :
  Make a new folder somewhere on your desktop, name it anything Move Both the Vehicle folder and vehicle.oac file out of this .rar pack into the folder you just created on the desktop Open 'OpenIV' and go to your GTA V Directory. In 'OpenIV', go to the 'x64' folder, then audio > sfx > resident.rpf ( it is advised that you use your mod folder instead of vanilla )  Inside Resident.rpf should be 16 .awc files. Import openformats, navigate to the folder you put the Modern Siren Pack 'vehicles' folder and the 'vehicles.oac' in and  select the 'Vehicles.oac' save and you're good to go. Respond Code 3 !   OIV INSTALLATION :    OIV INSTALLATION : 
1) Run OpenIV
2) Select Tools > Package Installer (Located on the toolbar at the top)
3) Locate 'Modern Siren Pack.OIV' 
4) Select 'Open'

Hello lcpdfr community, I have good news for you. I have recently updated my Pierce Quantum with new features. I have been working hard to push a release and hopefully soon to get it non els ready. Here is the ELS version of my 2015-2016 Ford Transit Custom. This van serves as an IRV and a prisoner transport vehicle therefore it can respond to calls.
 
In this pack there is the 2015 and 2016 variants of this van.

ELS | 1998 Ford Crown Victoria | Whelen Edge Lightbar
 

 
Hello! This is my first LSPDFR modification.
 
This vehicle was created by Lundy and I was given permission to release it. I only worked on the ELS file.
 
This vehicle is a 1998 Ford Crown Victoria equipped with a Whelen Edge lightbar. The lightbar is red and blue lighted.
Everything works like it's supposed to: headlights, indicators, reverse lights, you name it.
 
Features:
- 45 realistic lightbar flash patterns
- Detailed interior
- 4k quality livery
 
Bugs/Things Needing Improvements
- Interior does not contain police equipment
- Red lights are slightly fuzzy
