Set brightness in game settings to 50%. -
Are you sure you set your brightness to about 50%, that would fix the dark nights and also here's the visualsettings edited to have brighter lights; visualsettings.dat

What really get's me attracted to this Crown vic is that accurate curved lining at the bottom of the windows compared to the other vics. -
Those are unreleased for now, they're being worked on, the slicktop is the work of Steinberg4145 while the Lightbar version is by Izick. -

To start off, I'll explain the context. I'm working on NYC taxi liveries for OfficerWalters and well I'm finding it really hard finding this last, specific font. The unit identification text next to the rear passenger door, the closest I've found is OCR-A but that isn't going to work out, I'd like someone to help me out here, I've tried relentlessly finding this font but with no hope.

Oh god! no real life pictures please, to be honest I can't seem to tell if the second picture is real life or GTA V. Would you care to tell me what graphic/visual modifications you have integrated into your copy of V? -
This livery is wrong, they've only started using the additional division numbers on 2016+ vehicles. -
If you don't mind, I'd love to know what the font is.

@J T I happen to have this same car (Thank you Scuderio) with visual v installed, go through the pictures in my gallery and you'll see it's not that reflective. -
Hmm, I'm not too sure about that, I haven't fully explored the meta. I'm sure there's people who know how to fix the problem.
