This CVPI hasn't been released as of yet, Steinberg is working on it, he lets me test them out :)

Darn you're one step ahead of me.  I lived in LA for a huge part of my life and am trying to get my hands on a nice LAPD model for GTA V to make the lights correct for ELS.  I was a big modder in the GTA IV game, but I haven't learned how to transfer those files over yet.  You need help with the lights for ELS?  Im your man and know how it should be down to the smallest details.  Look me on to see all my other files.  I have the El Segundo car as well which you might be interested in since its the city surrounding LAX.
