Working on accurate liveries for thehurks CHP pack, however there is no way to fix the 'Highway Patrol' text on the rear boot.

Car is the one in thehurk's CHP MegaPack 1.1.0.

Tell @Thehurk to change it when he makes the ELS version, it could have been the DoF making the dome glass look blurred
