This mod trys to bring back the white rotor light and was seen in the first trailer of GTA V. 
The mod works with the Police, Sheriff and the PoliceT 

To make the rotors work right on the Sheriff and police car you will need to replace them with the new ones also in this file.

Tonight members of LCPDFR. I present to you a DEV Tahoe for you modelers to use. Why did I do this model? Because frankly the original person who made a Tahoe close to this one wasn't really the nicest about me asking to convert his. Well... after that I just decided to find it and convert it myself. Took about a few months before I found it. So I converted it and made it way better than his base because why not? Hell I don't want to keep this model to myself like most. I want this to be released to you guys as ya'll deserve such. Please. Enjoy it.

Gauge's are inaccurately calibrated, I expect you could rely on the good ole SNT Speedometer in the upper right like in IV Gauge's are mapped to the taxigen guage texture  Notes:
Model is over 90,000. This is mostly due to the interior. If demanded I will add a LQ interior as a option. Stock plates are removable. Just delete the plates in polygon mode by material selecting "vehicle_genericmud_car" material Unlocked for developmental usage, give credits as always As accurate as possible to the 2013 model year Updates might come in the near future If I missed a credit, missed something, or whatever please contact me anytime and I'll be happy to fix or resolve whatever the problem may be with cooperation.

If you downloaded v1.0.3 of these, please redownload.  I accidentally uploaded the original LSPD peds in part of the file.  This contains the correct Sheriff peds, as well as several updates.  
Using Sheriff units in the city?  Tired of rednecks in cowboy hats rolling through the hood?  These are reskins of Yard1's excellent beta LSPD models, skinned to resemble urban LASD deputies with outer vest carriers.  The also have LASD ball caps and working ranks.  They are designed to be worn with the vest on.   There is a badge texture for just the shirts but it looks terrible.

4K Los Santos County Sheriff Pack. The skins are loosely based off of Westmont Police, with some personal touches by me.

Just an air-freshener texture for BxBugs' vehicles, I suppose you can use them for his other ones, I haven't tried it. Sorry it's not the highest quality, but it shouldn't matter that much.

-Go to the police4.ytd and police4+hi.ytd and replace the "rainbowdash" file with this one.
-Good to go!

The Federal Signal Unitrol Omega 90 siren for GTA V.
DESCRIPTION
− A sound modification which replaces the main GTA V siren tones with those of the Federal Signal Unitrol Omega 90k.
− Features the following tones: AH, WL, YP, and PY.
NOTES
− Due to game limitations, the priority tone (PY) will be applied to all of the game’s emergency vehicles.
− To apply this siren to any emergency vehicle, in the vehicles.meta file, set its <handlingId> flag to one matching the name of an emergency vehicle that uses the base siren and is similar in handling (ex. POLICE, POLICE2, POLICE3, PRANGER, POLICET…)
INSTALLATION
− Always make sure to create backups before overwriting any original game files.
− To avoid the need to overwrite original game files, use the “mod” folder method provided by OpenIV.
− 1. Using OpenIV, open the file: “mods /x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf”.
− 2. Once inside, find and replace the vehicles.awc file with one of those provided in the download.
− 3. Close OpenIV.
REDISTRIBUTION
− You may modify and redistribute this modification as long as all credits are respected.
CREDITS
− Sounds sourced from the Federal Signal website.
− Sounds looped, edited, optimized and compiled for GTA V by Lt.Caine.

Installation
Use SparkIV or OpenIV to import the police.wft and the police.wtd into GTAIV\pc\models\cdimages\vehicles.img.
Copy the provided “lvmpd.ini” into the GTAIV\ELS folder and replace the “file” line value associated with the model in the “_SLOTCONTROL.ini” with lvmpd and ensure the “status” value is on.

This is a part that I decided to do a public release to the community. I modeled this bar back a while ago on request of a friend. It sat on my hard drive for a while and I figured it would get good use here. Please read the credits as it has some information for you.
 
*Note* This bar has been fully converted and ready for game use. All that is left is LOD's, Compounding, and to be set up for default lighting.
