"blm is nothin more then isis in disguise" You are either joking, or literally have no clue what you are talking about. BLM was formed to fight against violence not for it. Believe me, I have my problems with BLM, but it is absolutely horrific that you would compare a group that peacefully protests most of the time to a radical religious group that has killed thousands, possibly even millions. By saying that you are being part of the problem. You can't call everyone you don't like "ISIS" or a "Terrorist". You're also forgetting that this person acted as a lone wolf, He wasn't acting as a part of BLM, in fact he was angry with Black Lives Matter protesters. Stop being so arrogant, and wait for facts before you speak. Also in your "analysis" of police shooting data, you completely ignore the fact that Black people make up 14% of the population. White people make up 60% of the population. Black people also make up 24% of police shootings. It's completely disproportionate. Why can white folks walk down city streets with Semi-Autos, but when a black person does it, it is automatically a "all-hands on deck, Code 3 response" call?

This is one of the most devastating things I have lived through. I got up early and it was the first thing I saw on my phone. Why, in every other civilized country, can there be a middle ground where all lives matter, even blue lives, but in America you are either on one side or the other. The initial officers on scene were there for a peaceful and, according to pretty much every news site, loving, and inclusive protest. These shooters, whatever races they are, are terrorists (in my opinion) and are only seeking to halt progress.

Were they hurting you by blocking a street? While I agree that BLM is a little quick to the trigger on protesting, this protest is peaceful.

You're due for a serious GPU upgrade. I'm pretty confident that the Graphics card is the cause as I have the same processor and I run 60fps maxed out.

I had the same thing happening on my old PC. I fixed it by opting for a 4gb gpu and 16 gigs of ram. Runs like butter now.

I believe those specific models are unreleased, but I'm sure there are pretty similar cars available somewhere.

I agree with Hystery. In the other topic he mentioned turning up MSAA and FXAA, you said you did and it didn't fix the problem, except here your settings clearly say that you don't have any antialiasing on. For my settings I use 2xMSAA and turn TXAA to on.
