For those not following this on CNN, we now have 77 confirmed dead in Nice, France. Also, my prediction is that this attack is in retaliation of France sending more naval support, including an aircraft carrier to the Mediterranean. Just speculation, but that is a possible reason, and of course hitting on such a historic day makes it all the more worse.
