I was thinking the same exact thing. This all seems to come at a very suspicious time, with no real context to why all of a sudden this has become an issue (in terms of needing a cease and desist letter) for Take-Two.

Oh well. I won't be contributing any more money to this charade. Hopefully things like zmod and ragehook won't be targeted as well, but who knows, as it seems they are randomly targeting segments of the community. Sorry for the meme, but whatever:

Done. I also think a tweeting campaign is in order. (@rockstargames) This is something very odd with Take2. Many gaming companies (Especially open world games it would seem) are fairly open to the idea of modding. Some prime examples being Arma, 911:First Responders (Although the newer games aren't exactly mod friendly), Cities: Skylines, etc. All of these Devs seem to realize that modding keeps a game alive. I just can't believe that the GTA devs have failed to recognize how the modding community has kept these games alive for years after their expiration date.

Jesus. I don't think I've seen something that horrific in terms of a taller building since, dare I say, 9/11. That is just awful.

You can't install multiple vehicles into the same spot. Each vehicle "slot" is one vehicle, and newer patchdays override previous patchdays.

Hey everyone, long time no post. Sorry about that. Recently I got out of school and am on summer break, which means a ton more time for making and releasing vehicle models for you to enjoy/play with. Another reason I haven't been posting here is because it feels "impersonal". Since recently I have received an influx of messages in my inbox. It's harder for me to respond to these long, drawn out support requests on here and Steam, rather than on something like Discord, which feels much more personal and I have much more control. To remedy this loss of communication on this website, I have created a new discord, simply for sharing ideas, with me, with each other, etc. I'd also like to have a few new beta testers, and that will be figured out as well on the discord. It's just so much easier to talk to others on that platform. Another thing, you may have seen the 1? 2? pictures I posted of some new cars with the Legacy Light bar. Those are slated to come out very soon. I haven't quite decided what cars I want to put in the pack but as of right now: 2015 Tahoe (Done) 2013 Explorer (95% Done, Glass Cols aren't working for some reason) 2016 Taurus (95% Done, LODs need to be redone, and some other tidying up with the light package) These will all have near identical light packages, for a nice, matched up police department pack. And also, I finally fixed my extra_11 malfunction, so I will try to push updates out to the cars affected by that within the next few days.

Hey! I can model more than a box. I can model a massive square... Oh wait... Anyway, Lundy is right, as far as I am aware an actual 3D model doesn't exist at least for GTA V as of now. You'll probably need to either buy and convert it, or pay someone to convert. Both of these would be expensive ventures to say the least, and for a car that really isn't used as a police car irl, it probably isn't worth the time, money, and effort. But if someone actually releases an unlocked 2017 Impala (Highly unlikely in the perm-crazy environment that GTA modding is) it would be super easy to convert into an unmarked, and it'd probably look pretty cool.

That's because the filter was activated after ELS was released, therefore most authors have not gone back to put it in correctly as the website can't distinguish ELS models from Non ELS models. Go to the page I linked and work backwards, it will give you much better results.
