Well you'd extract arjent_sl.png from the car .ytd file, then use photoshop or similar to replace the red with blue (you can just copy and paste to accomplish this). Then in the ELS .xml file change any occurrences of red to blue in the <EOVERRIDE> section.

Upon further review, it seems to crash the entire game if I do anything with the pause/background toggled off.

yeah, any car can, change the emissive texture and edit the ELS xml file.

Nope... it's all or nothing. You could use the mod on here that explains how to use ELS with non-ELS vehicles, but it's not going to have all the functionality of an ELS specific car.

No, LSPDFR doesn't modify any game files. You can either create a new mods folder assuming you used one, or remove the mods one by one til you figure out which is causing the problem.

Doesn't look like it's running fine to me ;) Rename the mods folder to mods.temp and see if the game launches and you can go on duty.

Looks like a complete game crash caused by a bad mod or an error in a mod edit, etc. Could also be a gameconfig issue if you don't have one installed and you are using addon cars. That is not a plugin crash though.

Well that file for awhile had the wrong version in it, have you redownloaded it recently? Or just verify your .dll in the game folder says 1.6.1.

Looks like you need to update RAGENativeUI.

change it in Arrest Manager.ini... not that anyone mentioned that recently.

Only other thing I can think is some sort of mod conflict. Try renaming mods folder to mods.temp, make a new mods folder and reinstall EUP to that, see if it works. Barring that, you may wanna try their discord.
