im not working on any traffic vehicles atm, but i am working on a sahp pack.

If you use that, the wheels stick way further out than they should, it is noticible from the back of the car, it looks bad.  Just my opinion though.

Also I wanted to mention to you that, your rims are sticking out past the tire a bit.

That was my only dig, other than that this car is great work brother.

yeah, any car can, change the emissive texture and edit the ELS xml file.

Well you'd extract arjent_sl.png from the car .ytd file, then use photoshop or similar to replace the red with blue (you can just copy and paste to accomplish this). Then in the ELS .xml file change any occurrences of red to blue in the <EOVERRIDE> section.

just download the blue-blue option and replace the files.
