Vehicles.awc above 15.7

Featured Replies

It is at 15.825.

It mutes siren 3 and also does not allow me to turn on constant wail/yelp by pressing 6. However this is only for the regular emergency vehicles. The ambulance and police bike sirens work perfectly.

I tried to delete the sound track 0x17E9AF5D because it is a train sound and I saw that it was deleted before without problems by someone else.

When I try and delete 0x17E9AF5D and then import it back in, openiv gives me an error saying "0x17E9AF5D" was not found.

Any suggestions on how to delete a file without getting an error message?

Thanks

You can't just delete sound files the game expects to be there. What you do is replace the .wav file with a short, silent "blank" sound file.
